Education Is Hope: Support Schoolchildren in Zimbabwe I’m raising funds in support of Care for Someone, a small charity with a big heart, dedicated to transforming the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in Zimbabwe. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a real and lasting difference and I’m deeply grateful for your support. Care for Someone works tirelessly to ensure that children in Zimbabwe are not forced to abandon their education due to poverty. The charity currently supports ten children at Kaunye Primary and Secondary Schools in Mutoko District, covering their school fees and giving them the opportunity to learn, grow, and dream of a better future. We have been working closely with these children and their families for several years, and without this support, many would be unable to continue their education. In addition to supporting schoolchildren in Mutoko, Ruwa and other areas of Mashonaland East, the charity is extending its impact to university students who face significant barriers to learning. Many of these students lack access to basic resources such as laptops, which are essential for studying, completing assignments, and participating fully in their courses. Your donation will help provide these vital tools, enabling students to succeed academically and prepare for meaningful careers. Our charitable mission is simple but powerful: to ensure that disadvantaged individuals have access to education and training opportunities so they can reach their full potential. By contributing, you are not just funding school fees or equipment, you are investing in hope, dignity, and a brighter future for young people in Zimbabwe. Thank you for joining me in making a difference. Together, we can open doors to education and change lives. gofund.me/12d155dfa

The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) advises the public that it has not issued any statement regarding the alleged assault of Douglas Coltart. The message circulating on social media is therefore false and misleading. The police confirm that a report of the alleged assault has been received and investigations are currently underway. The ZRP remains committed to maintaining law and order and will provide updates through official platforms.

@ParliamentZim You are a disgrace! Zanu PF Parliament lying to the world as if we don't know the truth. Zimbabwean citizens opposed to the unconstitutional amendment were assaulted & denied the opportunity to speak during the hearings. #NoTo2030Agenda

@KMutisi Stop lying 🤥 Pinochioo! Doug Coltart was assaulted & phone stolen by a Zanu PF Central committee member. You have the audacity to trivialise it. What will you benefit from this? @GovernmentZA living in SA & hiding there whilst you perpetrate human rights abuses @HomeAffairsSA

Thank you so much for all the love, solidarity and prayers. I am very well this morning! A little sore from the bruises and abrasions but more fired up to fearlessly serve the God who stands with the oppressed than before. (And chuffed with my stylish new glasses accessory!😂😂)

Parliament is conducting public consultations on Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 across the country, with meetings in both urban and rural areas to ensure inclusivity. This process provides citizens with a direct platform to engage lawmakers and shape constitutional reforms. Many citizens welcomed the proposals, citing stronger governance, improved efficiency, and alignment with national development goals. Parliament will review public submissions before the Bill proceeds to the next stage. The consultations conclude on 2 April.

#CAB3 has been resoundingly given a thumbs up in Bulawayo, the heart of the opposition, as reports indicate that the majority of attendees raised points in support while a few disagreed. Of the 39 people who contributed 32 supported while only 7 opposed. The Bill indeed has commendable ideas which anyone refraining from the poison of political polarity or factionalism will support. Unfortunately many recycle copied arguments without investing in personal interactions with these documents. Even more, social media doesn't attend these hearings! What I'm proud of is that there have been no reports of violence. That is commendable and a manifest show of our matured democracy as a country. For now, Zanu PF 1- 0 Social Media. #CAB3 Bhoo! 2030, VaMnangagwa neZanu PF vanenge vachitonga!

We have just 36 days left before a defining moment in our country’s trajectory. This should concern ALL of us. We should all be agitated to do something…, So far, only 98 people have signed this petition. Can we push that to 10,000? Please take a moment to sign and share. Send it to your family, your friends, your colleagues even people in your wider networks. Every voice matters. This is important. The more support we build now, the more time and pressure we create to stop this. Even if you don’t usually believe in petitions, it’s still better than doing nothing. Please 1/ like and retweet this post 2/ Sign the Citizens petition 3/ Share the citizens petition This is URGENT!!!!! change.org/CitizensPetiti…

🔸️Grace and Peace🔸️ Hon. Scott Sakupwanya has expressed his support for Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3. He observed that extended time horizons are necessary to foster sustained development and ensure continuity of governance. To enable long‑term planning and shield the nation from perpetual campaign dynamics, he proposes lengthening the electoral cycle from five to seven years. Bill no3 bho zvekuti. Prov.21.5 Good planning and hard work lead to prosperity, but hasty shortcuts lead to poverty. (NLT) NyikaInovakwaNeveneVayo 🇿🇼 God bless Zimbabwe and it's leadership 🙏 #Vision2030 #CAB3
