Happens when I am asked to provide a phone number when trying to log in. The token I did receive at first did was not accepted and now my account is in this state. I cannot get access anymore.

The bar for series A is as high as I’ve ever seen it in my 14 years of seed investing. For example, most SaaS cos will need >2m ARR, >2x growth, great retention and some expansion. Founders need to keep burn low to give themselves the time to finger out how to hit these targets

There need to be mandatory fines for each affected employee (I propose £2,000) and employers have to be on the hook for picking insecure vendors.

• Other payroll outsourcing vendors won't push for change, as they sit in the same boat • Affected employers won't push for change, as they they want to keep it quiet • Affected employees are not going to sue their employer for damages - different to customers
