A good meeting of the #LoanCharge & #TaxpayerFairness APPG this afternoon discussing the report of the #McCannReview into settlements & the Government’s response. We are concerned that the Government’s changes undermine the recommendations & will fail to resolve many cases.

I have now written to senior execs and filed formal complaint to @BritishGas and not had a single reply. Simply I need to pay and close four accounts and no one can confirm in writing or even willing to respond. Where do I go next @CitizensAdvice

Waiting for three consecutive days @DHLGlobal to deliver building materials and 3 consecutive days I get ‘out for delivery’ then after lunch I get ‘delayed’. It’s a disgrace and no one can tell me where parcel is. Courier appeared and left (got them on camera)
