@TPExpressTrains Hi. I had a claim for a cancelled train rejected by TPE. They said I had to claim through Northern as bought ticket from a Northern ticket machine. Northern rejected claim the cancelled service was TPE. Very frustrating, pls take accountability. How do I proceed?

@TPExpressTrains Hi. The 21.47 and 22.41 services from Leeds to Slaithwaite were cancelled. We were told to get a replacement bus to Huddersfield. But we’re going to Slaithwaite so that’s not getting us home. Can we get compensation for a taxi to get us home?

@TfL what’s up with the Jubilee line these days? It’s always got delays due to either signalling or a lack of trains. Doesn’t seem worth the fare.
