Calling @AnglianWater what is happening NG33 Grantham, Lincs? No water - not even a trickle since Sunday. Promised regular digital updates. Nothing. And naturally can’t speak to anyone…rumours we won’t be connected ‘til Thursday? Not sure how certain demographics are coping?
@HiveHomeUK I’m having a continuous problem with one of my thermostat mini units- I’ve followed all the troubleshooting steps but no difference - it works fine but will not connect to the app.
@colemnic If you give the customer services team a call on 03457 225 333 they may be able to assist speed up the process for you. The line is open between 8am and 10pm, seven days a week.
@LNER I travelled back from KGX to NNG yesterday and left the LNER car park but your parking app shows I’m still parked there and won’t let me pay for the session??!!
@colemnic Hello Nick, I am sorry about this. I would advise emailing the parking team at parking@lner.co.uk. You will need to include the date/time of parking, your car registration number and email address. They will be able to look into this for you.
