@LNER Yes I’ve done that but their email suggests they will take up to 10 days to reply - meanwhile it shows my car is still using the car park!!

@colemnic Hello Nick, I am sorry about this. I would advise emailing the parking team at parking@lner.co.uk. You will need to include the date/time of parking, your car registration number and email address. They will be able to look into this for you.
