@DirectLine just had my car renewal quote, it’s gone from £753 to £1153. That’s over 50%, it happens every time and then I make call and it comes down. Why do you do that ? Not sure you want my business anymore, I also have another car and house with you but I think time to move.

@OVOEnergy why do I have a letter off you today telling me you are going to charge me on £1.50 a month unless I go paperless. I haven’t had a paper bill for years, all done via the APP, so assume I don’t have to do anything.
