After 2 weeks trying to upgrade my service with @TMobile, I have decided that nothing is worth this agony. It is not the network quality. it is the customer service, the opaque pricing, the push to digital (AI Customer Service) that will make me leave after several years. It really is a shame because they used to have the best CS in the industry. The web site does not match the app pricing. The agents in Philippines are not aware of promotions / pricing structures. They don't even know what the website or the app pricing says. You have to work hard to bypass the AI chatbot wall of unhelpfulness on the app only to get a less knowledgeable person after. You spend hours finalizing a plan only to have it change by over 50%. This causes you to literally begin the process again. They can't honor their pricing because nobody knows what the pricing actually is because it changes depending on where you check. Endless stories about how bad this company has become. Rather than rehash the same conversation a 6th time in 10 days with T-Mobile, I will go elsewhere. @TMobileHelp @JonFreier @SriniGopalan @MikeSievert
