My mum called me last week to ask why I have a US bank account when I don't live in America Completely fair question honestly I didn't have a great answer ready so I just opened KAST and handed her the phone She scrolled for about two minutes in silence - saw the USD account with a real routing number, saw that you can load it with stablecoins, saw that it works in 170 countries, saw the 10% APY on savings Then she handed the phone back and said "okay but why doesn't everyone have this" And that's kind of the whole point. There's no complicated reason why a US dollar account should require US citizenship or a US address That was just always the rule because banks made the rules @KASTxyz just decided not to play by them

been a few days since i first used @KASTxyz and it’s already time to top it up with a few hundred bucks haha honest thoughts so far: ~ biggest thing for me is that i can pay for normal daily stuff straight with crypto. no p2p mess, no random exchangers, and etc. life got easier fr ~ in my country, the kast card works in most places. some shops / marketplaces still don’t accept it (nothing critical) ~ the referral program looks pretty solid. not gonna write a whole thread about it, you can check it here: kast.xyz ~ cashback is still nice yeah, it dropped from 4% to 1.5% on the free plan, but cmon. that’s still free money on things i was gonna buy anyway small note: for the last week i have been paying for taxis and food only with kast hehe gonna keep using the card. might buy a new perfume with it in a few days🛍️ report soon
