@edfenergy Hi, I emailed EDF about switching to Go Electric 12m (quote for ~11,700 kWh electricity + nightly vehicle charging) but haven’t had a reply. I’m still in my 14-day cooling-off period with Octopus (expires soon). Can someone please respond to my email urgently? Thanks

@Barclaycard There’s nothing to discuss, you know your app has become frustrating for many customers so I suggest you get tech to fix it. For 12 months I’d make a payment from my bank to your card with details saved so it was just the 3 digit code but now it’s the full monty to type in.

@Barclaycard I’ve made a payment of £500 & yet again it’s not worked. Now it will remain pending in my Halifax account for a week then decline. Had enough of your app lately especially now you have to fill out all card details to make a payment. Time to move to a better provider

@virginmedia Sky’s cancelled my broadband install twice thanks to Openreach delays — over 2 months and 3 engineer visits just to say the duct’s blocked! I’m moving on from these cowboys. @virginmedia, could you share the best number to discuss getting set up? Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I received an email offer from you about adding sky sports for 24 months. I activated the offer before its expiry date & had the glad you stayed confirmation page but never actually had an email & it doesn’t show in my sky app. I currently don’t have sky sports.

@bookingcom Problem now solved. After showing you the screen recording I made of the booking you still seem to be in denial of your mistake. Thankfully I chose the free cancellation option otherwise I would’ve felt totally committed & scammed by £280. Trip has now been cancelled by me 👋🏻

@stormcab 15 years owning with no fault claims then insurance went from £1300 to £2200 just like that out the blue. Sold the cab & went to back to renting because these insurance companies & TFL can’t be trusted. Even LEVC don’t trust their TXE now by cutting the 5 year warranty to 3 years

Quotax renewal is £1550 for a 14 plate TX4. Is anyone paying less than that? I don’t want to spend 2 hours on the phone getting renewal quotes from elsewhere if that’s as good as I’m going to get.

@PlasmaSoftUK Hi 👋🏻 I have a Swann (Model: DVR8-4550) set up using StreamView app because Swann app is useless. Streamview was removed from the iPhone but although it’s still working on my iPad the apps removed landscape viewing. Does your app work with all Swann models. Thanks.
