@JustMisogyny Insurers will surely start wanting to see their policies and premiums will then be set accordingly. Illegal policy equals no cover, somewhat sketch equals massive premium hike. Large employers could be millions more.

I can't think of anything more helpful in an employment tribunal than the employer openly declaring that they don't intend to obey the Equality Act because they don't understand it.

@Janroweljmu Building upkeep, food, whilst the cost of 1 person for 8 hours is relatively low you need 3 people to cover 24 hours and also weekends and holidays, employers NI has gone up, the admin costs of complying with regulations. It’s expensive!

Someone please explain. Care home costs are eye watering. Care home staff are very low paid. Where is all the money going?

Either way it is a fucking disgusting take on the story of Darlington nurse Karen Danson, courageously told in the MoS today. This is what gender ideology does to people. This is the kind of person it attracts. The kind of scum who can read a harrowing story of abuse and trauma, and then accuse the victim of “weaponising empathy” against a man who thinks he has the right to watch her undress and be involved with her intimate care, all without her consent.

Are politicians & regulators going to wait until there is an ITV drama on this before they take serious action? It is abusive for men to force themselves into women's changing rooms, toilets and showers. Organisations that allow this are abusing women. Shame must change sides.
