Workers earning ₹11,000 to ₹12,000 are questioning why their wages remain stagnant when Haryana increased minimum wages by nearly 35%, raising incomes to around ₹18,000. If one state can do it, why not another? Authorities have now promised double overtime, bonuses by November and even basic rights like weekly offs. But why were these essentials addressed only after protests turned intense? This is not just about Noida.
