Borivali to Thane needs a premium bus service. At least in peak hours both ways Earlier, non AC buses were ordinary and AC buses were premium. It's good that all the buses are now AC at affordable fares, but for those who can afford, there should be premium bus.

One more thing which they could've tried is doors opening outside of the shell body like VB and made windows larger almost occupying full length from one door to other

Unlike the hype being spread by officials, i don't think there's major difference in open area of windows in current rakes and door closing rake. difference if any, is definitely not as much as the hype of "LARGER WINDOWS" created by officials. 📷: @rajtoday

Now @canarabank wants customers to uninstall Instagram to use their NetBanking App. I am sure they will lose a lot of current and potential GenZ customers.

The first intercity EV buses were run by Mozev which got sold to Green cell Mobility...Second were PuriBus by EVEY Trans...later PuriBus was repurposed and i guess given to FreshBus and EVEY trans then started managing EShivneri of MSRTC...

@MandarSawant184 @akash_railcric But that will reduce frequency on the whole corridor as evident from line 9 opening and Charkop can't handle more trains. So better to start Chembur-Bandra and let CR/Harbour BKC people get alternative to autos at Kurla, then extend to Andheri once it settles

By 2027 end, hopefully we will see complete Line 9 and 2B opening. Line 9 - Bhayander to CSMIA Line 2 - Dahisar East to Mankhurd (via Andheri West and BKC) Both lines interfacing with Line 3 at CSMIA and BJC respectively. It will be like three railway networks running in parallel.

@akshaywcam1 I really don't think anyone has any interest in the existing transportation networks in Mumbai. Media is focused on new metros, tunnels and Pod taxis. But everyday mismanagement and delay of CR, decaying BEST, new coaches in Metro 1 and restarting Monorail is ignored by all

One glance at those buses is enough to conclude that contractors do thukpatti maintenance Media should highlight this more. I am surprised that Mumbai media is so silent on BEST issues Unless we make noise nothing is gonna change.

@esmoteric @chaloapp @akshaywcam1 Yes, it is active and sometimes more accurate in tracking than Chalo. Timetables are also pretty accurate, just the UI and some routes are missing or messed up

Chalo app tracking is hardly the gospel truth. It tracks at the most 50% of the buses. A-469 has decent frequency (seen it personally) and I guess has at least 7-8 buses.

@chaloapp @esmoteric @akshaywcam1 This does not work, reporting issue via this flow may not be actively monitored and fixed as I've started reporting as soon as this option was live, for the exact same bus and route, bus does not show in Chalo app but bus is visible in BEST Pravas app

@AttackerOP429 @bodkeitis @Nai25344G That date is just the fitness certificate expiry date, it is extended every 2 years until the codal life of 15 years, so it will be extended and a new date will be printed once fitness certificate is renewed

@bodkeitis @AttackerOP429 @Nai25344G No, diesel buses registered outside Mumbai RTOs (MH01, 02, 03, 47) get retired due to a Bombay HC order regarding diesel buses in Mumbai. ACGLs are registered at Tardeo RTO, MH01 hence they're not required to be scrapped, but BEST can scrap them willingly if they want to
