On an hour+ train ride from CT to NYC @Verizon has service for about 30% of the ride. How is coverage for one of the largest cellular companies so terrible. What are we paying for? No 5G, no LTE… @VerizonSupport

@edubs81 Train 172 is currently operating approximately 5 minutes behind schedule. As this train will not reach New Haven, CT until 12:45 PM, we are not anticipating train 172 to have any delays due to this power line. We hope this helps!

@AmtrakNECAlerts Thank you, that helps! But if I followed the direction of your texts I would’ve arrived at the station late- stating 2 hour delays via text is not helpful.

@edubs81 Hello Emily. As of 10:25 am ET, due to ongoing mechanical issues, Train 174 will be attached to Train 84 to resume travel into Washington D.C. and is currently operating approximately 2 hours late. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this delay.

@OptimumHelp @optimum No internet since 4/28 ,4+ hrs of calls and a 1.5hr round trip drive for new equip. Currently 48min on hold for the second time today- the first was over an hour. Technician came today and said that you turned off our service. What is the story here?
