@LancasterCC I filled in the same form again & the same happened if you message me privately, I will send you the screenshot. Rest assured, all the bins are still out on the street where they've all been since last Wednesday PM, full, regardless of what the refuse collector tells you.

@LancasterCC I filled in your form last Thurs. But your form wouldn't allow me to send it. It said missed bins would be done within 3 days so I couldn't send it. No.3 reported it today she was told no-one had their bins put, which is a total lie we all did. I've cctv proof & access was ok.

@iomsteampacket, any chance you sort out your issues with booking a trip using a Samsung Android phone? Looks like all essential cookies are locked so I can search but can't see prices or book, it errors constantly.

This experience really shows @O2 for the org they are: Proficient in failure, a woeful customer experience, a terrifyingly incompetent complaints proceedure, and flagrant lies abound.
