Hi Phil, no limit on the number of claims you can make but the automated system will reject if more than usual are made in one time to ensure authenticity in everyone's claim. They will however be manually reviewed once resubmitted. Signs of growing anger @gnrailuk for consistently failing to provide the service they're paid for. I dread to ask but will trains from King's Lynn to London be running in the morning? Specifically the 6:15 or 6:45.

Also @GNRailUK as you're now rejecting delay claims on the basis that I've made too many, what am I meant to do with any new claims due to your half arsed service, just forget them?! 6:15 cancelled & 6:45 terminated early means at least an hour delay to London. @TransportFocus

@ripleysashtray @GNRailUK @TransportFocus There also used to be enhanced delay repay where if you made 12 claims in a short time you'd get a little bit more than the usual £3.20. They knocked that on the head (probably too expensive!) and now multiple claims get blocked, even though they know the service is second rate.

The @GNRailUK service has been awful the last month. I have claimed ‘Delay Repay’ for all the issues faced . They have started automatically rejecting my claims when they know how bad their service has been. Disgusting. @DanielZeichner @TransportFocus
