@KGatita64 @ATT Been having similar issues with @ATT, as well. They keep telling me every time I call in that my service address is not in an outage zone.

@ATT Houston has an #att problem. After 6 days without electricity, 3 days without reliable cell service #att schedules a repair in 9 days then cancels it pending reschedule? Can't work remotely, can't enjoy down time tv/internet. Up your game. We're dealing with enough.
