Everyone knows marketing, sales, and deployment convert better when personalized to the buyer and their specific needs. Previously you could only scale this personalization via more employees, but now you can scale it with Aidan at @withsableai. They've unlocked a level of personalization and real time engagement that couldn't exist before the latest advancements in computer use and vision models. We're excited to partner with them, and tell your front office teams to give them a try.

Explaining what your product or service does is one of the few parts of business that never got cheaper. The real constraint isn't information. It's the ability to put human judgment in front of every customer when they need it. Until now, the only way to do that was headcount. Today, we're excited to announce that @8vc co-led @withsableai's $45M raise alongside @sequoia. Sable is building an AI employee that can understand what a customer is trying to accomplish, interact with the product alongside them, and reason through complex problems in real time. As models improve, new possibilities open faster than any roadmap can absorb. We're proud to partner with @Nim_Ravid1, Linda He, Leon Chen, Itamar Rocha Filho, and the entire Sable team as they build the future of customer interaction. One of the biggest constraints on growth has always been the ability to scale human judgment. At Palantir, we saw firsthand why exceptional people matter in helping customers understand and deploy transformative technology. The hardest work wasn't explaining the technology. It was understanding context, reasoning through novel situations, and helping customers make better decisions. Until now, that hasn't been scalable. That's changing. @8vc led @withsableai's $45M raise alongside my friend @shaunmmaguire at @sequoia. I'm honored to be joining the board. The best founders recognize platform shifts early and execute even faster. Nim Ravid and the Sable team saw where multimodal AI was heading early and built with remarkable speed. Sable is building an AI employee that can see what a customer sees, interact with the product alongside them, and reason through complex problems in real time. What felt like science fiction a year ago is already working in production with some of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world. We’re excited to work alongside @Nim_Ravid1, Linda, Leon, Itamar, and the entire Sable team as they build one of the defining AI companies of this next era.

Meet Aidan: the first AI employee that learns how your product works, then runs live sales conversations at scale. It joins your live call, sees your screen, talks with you, and drives a shared browser in real time. Not a recording of an expert walking through a product. The expert. The hard part was never voice, vision, or computer use alone. It's running them together, continuously, at conversation speed: deciding every moment whether to speak, wait, click, or look again. Hardest, most fun problem I've worked on. We're hiring. DMs open.

@juberti How to get API access? I filled the form for it. Would love to take it for a ride in some more dynamic tasks.

These fable guardrails are so annoying. It flags a session on the most stupid thing and then its done. Rewinding and branching to another thread will just fall in the same problem again. Will give codex another try...

@rywigs @petergyang @trq212 Yeah, last time I checked figjam wasn’t on their plugin yet. But I’ll try again soon. Still figuring out best platform for this. Though I’ve been using ref.tools quite a lot and it’s almost there for my needs.

@itaprf @petergyang @trq212 Maybe a FigJam could work a bit better for system feedback? but yeah I agree it’s not a silver bullet for most things

I've started using html artifacts more for specs and plans, it's just much easier for me to look at than all text md files (@trq212 was right!) However, it's too difficult to give AI feedback to fix an html plan or even edit it directly. I have to provide it in a separate chat and hope AI gets what I'm referring to. Instead, I want to be able to select text or stuff on the html plan to send feedback to the AI or just fix myself directly. I think comment, editing, and collaboration features should be natively built into the harness for Claude Code and Codex web viewers. Would be a big improvement for human-AI collaboration.

I have been trying to crack this too. It’s a really tricky problem Even with the latest models it always ends up giving me a prompt to feed back into a chat. One work around that I’ve found work okayish is with Figma. Say you are working on designs, you can add comments in-line as separate canvases and have it read those. It’s hacky, but there are some ways you might extend that canvas style workflow for less visual stuff
