Have you watched The Manosphere with Louis Theroux on Netflix? As the Dad of a 17 year old son, I think @jimmycarr is spot on. What do you think?

Are we allowed to do anything about this, or would that be against Labour party policy

t.co/DCzoL5pVEI Pakistani-born Muslim politician in Britain assures Muslims that all British people will be stripped of their rights to freedom of speech and freedom of information. He says the blasphemy law is in progress on the international stage under the guise of Islamophobia hate-speech laws that aim to shield Islam and Muslims from criticism.

📣🚨 The Free Speech Union is mounting a legal challenge against the Government over its official definition of Islamophobia — now repackaged as 'anti-Muslim hatred' — and its appointment of a new 'tsar' to punish people who fall foul of it. This amounts to a Muslim blasphemy law via the back door. The definition is vague and subjective, and will be weaponised to silence legitimate criticism and debate about Islam, Muslims, and Islamic practices and history. The FSU’s General Secretary, Lord Young of Acton, said: “This is the most serious threat to free speech the Government has come up with so far — the only area in which it’s achieving any success. “If we don’t win this fight, tens of thousands of people a year could lose their jobs at the say-so of a Labour-appointed ‘tsar’. It’s dystopian.” Public bodies will adopt this definition — despite it being non-statutory — with the same zeal the police have shown in investigating and recording non-crime hate incidents (NCHIs). It is predicted by one of the drafters of the definition that it could lead to around 20,000 reports of 'anti-Muslim hostility' a year. At present, the number of recorded anti-Muslim hate crimes is around 4,000. In a free society, no religion should be shielded from legitimate criticism. This proposal places one faith above the rest. The Free Speech Union is bringing a legal challenge on two grounds. First, the definition relies on nebulous, legally undefined terms such as “negative and prejudicial stereotyping of Muslims”, making it incoherent and irrational — and ripe for weaponisation. Second, adopting such a definition cuts across legislation already enacted by Parliament and therefore breaches the public law principle known as “occupying the field”. Under this established public law doctrine, new regulations, put in place by ministers, must not replace existing legislation. It is constitutionally unlawful. In this case, the body responsible for protecting Muslims from discrimination is the Equality and Human Rights Commission, not an anti-Muslim hostility 'tsar'. Parliament voted to abolish blasphemy laws 18 years ago. We can't let this Government resurrect them via the back door. This is one of the biggest battles the Free Speech Union has ever taken on in its six years — and we need your help. Judicial reviews are expensive, but this is a fight we felt we had to take on. Let me get this straight: Hindus attacked by Islamists in Wembley Jews murdered by Islamists in Manchester And our government has spent the last two years drafting a definition of “anti-Muslim hostility” that limits our ability to confront it.

Watching the Labour front bench's attempt to restrict trial by jury makes me wonder whether Keir Starmer and David Lammy understand England at all. They are smashing up the fundamental freedoms of this country as if they were foreign invaders

Everybody was quick enough to take the knee so I find it sickening there hasn’t been a word from football’s good and the great ( you’re quiet Ian Wright) over the plight of Iran’s women’s football team who are being forced to take a flight home from Australia and face a perilous future for simply failing to sing their national anthem. Those poor women will be dealt with by a leadership that thinks nothing of killing between 6,000 and 30,000 young people in a matter of days. Where’s the public show of support from the Lionesses, or any of the MoTD gobshites, especially the women pundits or presenters. The silence is deafening. And shocking.

This MP said our work to expose West Midlands Police was “Islamophobic”. If he thinks he can silence me when I tell the truth, he will be in for a rude awakening. As for this definition, I will ignore it and advise the whole country to do the same.

The UK gov't has finally published its definition of Anti-Muslim Hostility. My question to @SteveReedMP on how this definition will be integrated into the Nolan principles & what sanctions will apply for Members of Parliament & the House of Lords? #Islamophobia

I keep reading that it's "not all Muslims". Here are the Pew Trust figures. 1.4 BILLION Muslims, 86%, believe that the wife must ALWAYS obey her husband. So if he wants sex, he gets it, or he beats her with the approval of the Quran. 1.1 BILLION Muslims want Sharia law with all of its evils and its unending hatred of women. 3/4 BILLION Muslims want the death penalty for adultery (but a husband can have four wives). HALF A BILLION Muslims think that if someone leaves their violent terrorist cult, they should be killed. Well, actually, the Quran says they should either be killed, or crucified, or have a hand and a foot cut off on opposite sides of the body. Seriously. Half a billion Muslims think that's a righteous plan. They hate bacon, beer, women, music, dogs, chess, Jews, infidels, our ideas, our ideals, and our freedoms … and they whine about "Islamophobia". That's not a "phobia". That's a reasonable, sane, historically justified fear of violent, bloodthirsty 7th-Century barbarians. Wake up, folks. Islam is 100% incompatible with the West. It is not a religion. It is a terrorist cult. We likely can't get rid of the Muslims we have foolishly let in … but we damn sure shouldn't let in even one more. They want to establish a worldwide Caliphate, and far too many of them are more than happy to kill us to achieve that. Sadly, w.

His rage is 100% justifiable Thank you Trevor Phillips

🚨TREVOR PHILLIPS RAGES: STARMER IGNORING GROOMING GANGS BECAUSE PERPETRATORS ARE MOSTLY PAKISTANI MUSLIM MEN 😤 “I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW CROSS I AM ABOUT IT”, Phillips declared, barely containing his anger. 😡 Brands Government Response “Utterly, Utterly Shameful” and “So Obviously Political” – Accuses Ministers of Cowardice to Avoid Offending Key Demographics in Labour-Held Seats and Councils 🎯 Sir Trevor Phillips, the former chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, has unleashed a furious condemnation of the government's handling of the grooming gangs scandal. He accused those in government of deliberately refusing to confront the issue head-on because of “the demographic of the people involved, largely Pakistani Muslim men” and because so much of the abuse occurred “in Labour-held seats and councils who would be offended by it”. “What the government is doing is utterly, utterly shameful. It is so obviously political. The people in government who are responsible for this should really be ashamed of themselves because it’s so obviously that they’re not doing this because of the demographic of the people involved, largely Pakistani Muslim men and also in Labour-held seats and councils who would be offended by it and that’s clearly the reason that they’re not pursuing this, and it is utterly shameful given what has been done to these children by these men. I cannot tell you how cross I am about it.” The outburst lays bare deep frustration at what he sees as a politically motivated refusal to act decisively – prioritising electoral sensitivities over justice for the thousands of vulnerable girls who were systematically abused. This is rage from one of Britain’s most respected voices on equality and race. The question now: will Keir Starmer and Labour finally listen – or continue to look the other way?
