@garrytan How about electronic health records (hospitals, health clinics and physicians' offices) and electronic patient care records (ambulance and fire services)? Both have adoption curves that inflect upwards. Regulation helped but so did the identification of quality and insight gains.

We notice, for example, that Terminals 1 and 2 in OAK and LAS are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Toilets, carpets, lighting: Terminal 1 feels like it's working admirably to compete head to head with national award winner @flySFO). T2 feels beyond tired. That 🤢 bathroom experience alone

Like @IFlyOAKland, @flyLAXairport and @airportlasvegas, the terminal from which Southwest operates is nowhere near the level of the other airlines against which you compete. I'm not talking about fancy lounges either - I'm talking about basics like toilets that aren't disgusting.

is missing; I keep getting "something went wrong try again" without any detail when I seek to correct the online baggage record by adding the missing bags; AND I can't get to a human hours of trying. I contacted @Delta Platinum seeking help but they said they cant see your system

@lyft - I just used your @FREENOW_PA service and the driver completely ignored published fare. Said I had to pay 2x, according to the taxi meter. Said you don't know the rules in Paris. Obviously I don't want to get into an argument with driver in French so now I have to dispute?

@awscloud @AWS I'm having a surprising problem: Requested an account manager change but no response from current rep's mgr. I have *demonstrated* an error on the Cost & Usage table that caused our bills to be incorrect. I have submitted a ticket - still "unassigned" after a week.
