South Western Railway has raised maximum sectional speed on Bengaluru division’s Yelahanka-Dharmavaram BG section from 110 kmph to 130 kmph @SWRRLY @drmsbc @DrmBengaluru

Bengaluru: CMRS inspection of Bengaluru Cantonment-Byappanahalli quadrupling section has been postponed. Reportedly, during an OHE trial on March 27, an engine run from Baiyappanahalli Outer faced an issue when the pantograph got entangled with an OHE post extension rod, detaching from the engine & disrupting about 500m of the new line. The incident has raised concerns over OHE quality. SWR has remained tight-lipped. SWR officials said CMRS may now inspect the section on March 30 @SWRRLY @drmsbc @DrmBengaluru

@DRMPalghat sir, Tr No. 56626 SBHR-MAQ passenger has been detained at MAJN from last 25 minutes. Even Tr No. 17377 BJP-MAQ Express has arrived MAJN now. Passengers are facing problems. Some passengers have jumped from the train when it was detained at Padil. Kindly take actions.
