The whole show is artists’ vision, in painstaking detail. These videos feel so disconnected and inconsistent with the artists’ conversation. Still love, just curious.

I think I’m starting to come to terms with the fact that I could kill myself trying to climb up the ladder to Director/VP/Head of Design and that rung might not be there for me. I’ve interviewed at easily 150+ companies and only 2 have ever had women in that role.
