🚨 We are currently seeing delays in outbound sending through Postmark due to an issue at a third party provider. Messages are being received and queued. Unfortunately our status page is also having a moment, apologies about that. We'll get everything up and running ASAP!

@postmarkapp Hey, any chance of a brief outline of the issue your supplier is experiencing, such as DNS, Power outage, DB Dropped, or building on fire? Rough ETA? It would help us ascertain if we need to put our own contingency plans into place. Wishing you the best in solving it!

@postmarkapp I would hope at this point you are looking at your backup "provider". Three hours is a lot, on top of the outage a few weeks ago, I think you need to review your redundancy.

@XfinitySupport I just wanted to say thanks for digging up my yard and breaking the water pipes to my sprinkler system. Water is now gushing up from underground through the cracks in the sidewalk. I cant get anyone on the support line that can help me. Worst company ever.

@clovercommerce your status page is worthless, during this entire outage it was ALL GREEN... 100% operational, all the while the wait time for phone support was an estimated four hours, chat was just broken. Pathetic.
