When will cyclists stop cycling on the pavements (walk down Trinity Rd ) going through red lights and cycling non cycle paths on Wandsworth Common ? As a pedestrian my life is threatened more by cyclists than cars .

I have raised this before with @PutneyFleur after my accident and tfl told her that they will be making some improvements and yet almost 2 years gone, nothing! The 20mph speed limit on upper Richmond Road is like a joke and cars just don't care about cyclists.

It is by the bin ,neatly packed up but currently you can get a fly tipping fine for leaving your bins out an hour too early by your own house.
