@paramountplus I've been a subscriber for many years (back to cbs all access when it launched) and just had my monthly renewal at the end of November. Yet your app doesn't think I am all the sudden

@united you guys made me check my bag at the gate for first class even though there is tons of overhead space available. Not cool at all.

@WellsFargo when a credit card number changes because it expires, is replaced bc of fraud, or u do visa->MC (e.g.,signify), I should be able to access the account statement history online with continuity. Instead I have to call and request archived copies even for 2024 statements

@Uber_Support @UberEats I'm trying to get support for a current ongoing order. The notification told me about approving substitute items but since I have multiple orders ongoing the app won't let me review item substitutions. Obviously a big in the app.

@DocuSign trying to figure out how to use notary on demand service with document I've already created. Documentation doesn't match up with my experience and your support system is useless. Please help me with this.

@TheAtlantic the search function in the app is fucking horrible. Literal verbatim paste of an article title and it doesn't display in the first 20+ results. It's useless.

@SquarespaceHelp I clicked something on my domain and now have an email from google stating "Google Workspace Business Standard subscription is canceled" I have no idea how/why/what this is. My domains were originally with google and I set up my workspace with google

@AmazonHelp how has amazon not figured out yet that you cannot use USPS to deliver in Big Bear, CA? And I see Amazon vans up here everywhere as are UPS trucks, both of which deliver to physical addresses, whereas USPS does not.

@WilliamsSonoma I lost my house in the Palisades fire, including all my cooking gear. This line of 18/10 stainless implements from 1999 were the absolute best; succeeeding products are awful. Please bring this utilitarian, elegant design back. Slotted Spatula photo attached.
