People often ask us at @DefinitiveFi Are you a x-chain aggregator? Are you building an omni-chain DEX router? What primitive are you building? I always say, the problem we are solving is enabling users to: - Trade any asset on any chain - Without worrying about chain-specific idiosyncrasies ( gas, MEV, finality) - Without fretting over slippage and price impact - Without signing txns on random UIs - While securing the best price How we achieve this is implementation details. We utilize aggregators, integrate with DEXes, partner with block builders / solvers, and we might roll out our own primitives… But we always start from the user and work backwards from there. Maybe it's because our team is ex-@coinbase, but we've rarely approached product thinking "What primitive / tech should we build?" Instead, it's always been about identifying a core problem and solving it.

I wrote this up as an internal doc on my simplistic heuristics for crypto portfolio management. These are good "defaults" - a baseline for when you lack high conviction, or are stressed or markets are panicky for fomo'ing. Doing this = very high probability of good outcome.
