@ShaanVP I've helped a few dozen ecoms with this through @TestParty_ai Best option is to remediate issues and achieve WCAG 2.2 AA compliance Unfortunately there's no "SOC2 for Accessibility" so even if you're compliant you'll have to prove it in court (costs legal fees $) if challenged

ecom friends - if you're getting hit with bullsh*t ADA lawsuits nowadays - what are you doing? a) Ignore b) respond rejecting claims, don't settle (go to court?) c) respond, settle we settled one of these for ~10k-12k and made site changes last year.

A few folks asked me to share my "How to work with me" document. If you want to read mine, like this post and comment, and I'll DM it. I don't want the document public but if someone takes the time to do those things, I can send individually and have private conversations about the doc. Here's the structure I used: 1. Introduction - why am I writing it? Who's it for? What do I want someone to take away from reading it? 2. A brief personal history - gives the reader an insight on why you are the way you are 3. How I view success - what does a good job look like 4. My communication style - cadence, channel, preferences 5. Things I do that my be misunderstood or are annoying - takes some real self reflection to know this 6. What gains and loses my trust - what can the reader do to gain my trust in the job 7. Strengths and growth areas - again takes some real self reflection 8. My expectation of direct reports - what do they need to do every day 9. Logistics - communications, getting a hold of me, etc
