@JioMart_Support its not a technical issue but an operational issue. I went to the store and the incharge told that order is out of stock. They also said they are not asked to cancel and simply put it on hold. They also told me if i dont get order in 30 mins, i need to assume it as cancelled

@JioMart_Support Order #17622555770658909A was not delivered. The store told me to consider it canceled if not received in 30 min, but they won't officially cancel it—it's 'on hold' due to an out-of-stock issue per their SM. Please confirm cancellation/refund status.

The reason why I don’t chase debit cards based on returns
I use my SBI debit card only though I could be eligible for other cards. They give 0.25-0.75% returns and even to earn over 0.25% is not possible always.
For some reason we prefer SBI as there are no MAB/TRV requirements, no (mis)selling, sales calls, etc. For a very long time, I had only SBI as my bank account.
In the past even this debit card gave up to 3.75% returns!
In the short run, we will miss out but it is ok as there is no tension to manage a multiple accounts.

🚨 Devaluation Alert - IDFC First Bank discontinues DC Reward Points. Effective 1st Jan 2026, You will not get reward points on any online & offline transaction using your Debit Cards. Although the program was already dead with the shady practices of IDFC by blocking all merchants which were used by users to get 2.5% reward points, but looks like even after that the rewards program at 2.5% was unsustainable for them.
