Continuing on today with the H1B Visa scam. Lie#2 (Something I believed about this program but which is patently false). Employers seeking to hire H1B Visa employees must try to get US Citizens for the job first. FALSE. See Below for a fuller explanation and this is unconscionable @SecRubio we will be making full recommendations for rule changes in this program since you will not halt the program: FACTS: There is no central public database or mandatory job board where employers must post job openings before filing for an H-1B visa. 👉Standard H-1B Requirement: Internal Notice Only (Not a Job Ad) For most employers, the only "posting" requirement is notification to existing U.S. workers about the filing of the Labor Condition Application (LCA). This is not a public job advertisement or recruitment effort. It must: - Happen on or within 30 days before filing the LCA. - Last for 10 days. - Include details like the number of H-1B workers sought, job title, wage, location, and period of employment. - Be done in one of these ways: - Hard copy notice in two conspicuous locations at each worksite. - Electronic notice (e.g., email, intranet, or company website) to all relevant employees. This notice informs current workers of the H-1B intent and allows them to file complaints if needed. It does not require advertising the job publicly or accepting applications from outside candidates. 👉👉Exceptions: Extra Recruitment for "H-1B-Dependent" Employers A small subset of employers classified as H-1B-dependent (generally those with a high ratio of H-1B workers to total workforce) or prior willful violators must: - Make good-faith recruitment efforts using industry-standard methods (e.g., ads, job fairs, internal postings) before hiring an H-1B worker for certain positions. - Offer the job to any equally or better qualified U.S. worker who applies. Even then: - There is no single central site they must use. - They can recruit via their own website, LinkedIn, Indeed, industry boards, etc., as long as methods meet "industry-wide standards." - Records must be kept, but postings are not funneled through one government portal.

Check out the Rock Hill High School 2026 Yearbook. What used to be a mostly white suburban school in the Prosper ISD has transformed over the last five years into something unrecognizable. They can’t spell check their National “Mersit” page because the student names threw too many flags. The chess, robotics and academic clubs are stacked full of Indian kids. They have a full-blown Telugu & Tamil Club. The dance team is called the Bollywood Bluehawks, their show’s name “Stepping into Bollywood” highlights how Indian the school has become. This is demographic replacement - Texas isn’t what it used to be. We are becoming Little India and it’s only accelerating.

If you are working alongside an H-1B holder who clearly does not possess the skills required for the job, that is not just bad hiring. It is potentially fraud. The H-1B program requires employers to attest that the foreign worker is qualified for the specific role and will be paid the prevailing wage. When that is not true, it is a false statement to the government. This is not a victimless issue. It displaces qualified Americans, undermines real competence, and erodes institutional knowledge. The organizations doing this realize the risk which is why they quickly and quietly remove those that could report them. There have been lawsuits successfully filed on this matter. Here is how to report it properly: Document specific examples of missing skills or performance issues (dates, projects, deliverables). First, use your company’s internal ethics or compliance hotline if you feel safe doing so. Then report externally to USCIS using their official tip form: uscis.gov/report-fraud/u… I encourage everyone go there and check out the form. You can also report to the Department of Labor (wage and hour or foreign labor certification issues). You can report anonymously in most cases. Engineers are often the first to see when someone is in over their head on critical work. Staying silent allows the fraud to continue. Have you seen H-1B workers placed in roles where they clearly lacked the required skills? Share this so that folks are aware. Drop what you observed.

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang just came through with a masterclass on why Stanford needs to fix its own AI compute issues, especially with a $40 billion endowment. This is also a great advise to other top universities around the world to pool together to build their own compute…

Chinese memory makers are accelerating DDR5 development and closing the performance gap with global leaders Samsung, SK Hynix, and Micron. Leading firm CXMT has demonstrated DRAM speeds of 8000 MT/s using 16Gb and 24Gb dies and recently showcased DDR5 memory modules for servers, PCs, and workstations. Another Chinese supplier, Jiahe Jinwei, has entered mass production of 64 GB DDR5 RDIMM modules at 5600 MT/s. Via @wccftech

@AMD Ms. @LisaSu we are sick to death of indians in tech. when your company has indians in videos, all we see are the criminals who replaced us in jobs. your indians in #AMD videos make us never buy from $AMD. You need American engineers to speak to American buyers.

Congress Trades While Americans Work The problem with congressional stock trading is not that every trade is automatically illegal. That is the distraction. The real problem is the system itself. Members of Congress sit on committees, attend briefings, meet with lobbyists, vote on spending, and shape regulation that can move entire sectors. Then they are still allowed to buy and sell individual stocks while holding access the average American will never have. That is not a free market. That is a conflict built directly into the job. The STOCK Act was supposed to restore trust, but it mostly created a disclosure process. File the form. Report the transaction. Let the public find out later. That may create a paper trail, but it does not remove the conflict. In engineering terms, this is a bad control system. You do not solve a conflict of interest by adding a delayed indicator light. You remove the failure mode. Congress should not be trading individual stocks while in office. Neither should spouses or dependent children. Put the assets in a blind trust, broad index funds, or Treasury securities. That is clean, simple, and easy to understand. THIS WHOLE SYSTEM THAT ENRICHES THEM PUTS THEM AT DIRECT ODDS WITH WHAT IS BEST FOR THEIR VOTERS Public office should not come with a private market advantage. Ban congressional stock trading.

Illegal Monday. The call for deportations has never been higher. Public awareness is climbing fast. Bold displays are increasing, from stadium banners reading “White Replacement Save America Deport 100+ Million” to growing crowds demanding real enforcement. This is not the peak of the movement. This is the beginning. I read history constantly and can say with confidence- This will be remembered as the moderate time. Trump will be remembered as a moderate president. Politicians losing primaries, town halls full of people against the will of the elite and being ignored. This is not the first time for this Rodeo. It is all connected but the same people asking to inside trade at our cost are the same people absolutely clueless about what their policies are doing. Politicians who continue to block the SAVE Act and refuse serious deportations are not calming the situation. They are pushing the pendulum harder in the opposite direction. An 85% poll showing overwhelming American support for the SAVE Act proves one thing: the majority of citizens want enforcement. Everything else is gaslighting. We see that we are in the majority across BOTH parties and all ethnicities. Politicians wave fake bills that codify the invasion and takeover of our prosperity as if we are ignorant are not calming the masses- it is just upsetting them. The public is waking up. The pressure is only going to increase.

Here me out @ChiefEngineerCE @PlumbNick @j_fishback @drjoshcsimmons Palantir and the U.S. Government seem to want a police state. We have a lot of unemployed, and unemployable technology types. Lets give them a surveillance space. Lets make it where no corporate executive, politician at the federal or state level and government employees above the GS-14 level can't go to the bathroom without the public knowing about it. After all, what is good for the goose is good for the gander and its way past time that we let all of them know about it.

Ending the H-1B can only be done one way initially and here is why I say that. Many politicians are saying they will end the H-1B. Many other politicians are clamoring for more because they haven't done the math. Same thing for sharia law. Using our own taxpayer money, the government of Texas continues to send checks to organizations that have islam, muslim, or even hindu in the organization name. Why should we believe they are doing anything when they won't cut off the purse strings? Now lets get back to the H-1B. During the election we saw the @TexasGOP and @YRsOfTexas say they would not endorse any candidate that would not end the H-1B. Yet they endorsed the one candidate who has been to India with an immigration attorney to teach at a islam university how to legally import more workers from India to take American jobs. In other words, they lied and they chose the lesser of two evils which still gives us evil. all that being said, how exactly are we to believe that any of this will end the H-1B and other guest worker visas? The only way to end about 50% of the H-1B overnight is to cut off the money, and the only money we have a right to demand that our government cut off is our taxpayer money that is being used to deprive our citizens of good paying jobs. This simple policy, if we will force the issue, will accomplish that at the state, and even federal level. Why are we not focused on it?
