The intent of the Stand Alone Bill is to continue funding TSA, FEMA, CICA Coast Guard et. al. while parameters & details for ICE are worked-out. This is how Bills are negotiated in congress.
DHS’s budget request is $115.6Billion, with Net discretionary funding $97.4Billion.
DHS has $191.02Billion already granted by the Tax Bill, which is more than enough to fund TSA, FEMA, CICA, Coast Guard in the interim, if they’d so choose to.

No they haven’t. @SenateDems have tried to tank the original bill to fund DHS. The only thing you guys are trying to do is defund ICE. All of your 10 “separate, standalone bills”don’t fund DHS. Give you credit for trying to muddy the waters by throwing in “& other DHS branches.”

I’m going to say this despite what it will do to me politically - I think the Virginia redistricting is extremely anti-democratic and that it is a reactionary policy to Donald Trump that was created by DC consultants…
In 2020, 66% of Virginians voted for bipartisan maps…the new maps slice up Arlington and take away the voice of everyone outside of northern Virginia…
In every local democratic committee I’ve been in, when this issue comes up, nobody can defend it, it’s just “well this is what the party says is best.”

Thank you for sharing hun. That does seem easy. How old are you though? Since I was born in 1968 and was married in 97 it seems like it might be a touch tougher(just take a little more time). Personally I have a passport(so all is good)and if I tear my house apart I could probably find my marriage certificate 😂

For shits and giggles, I decided to see just how hard it would be to replace my birth certificate, Social Security card, AND my marriage license, since Democrats think women are too stupid to figure it out.
Here's how it went:
1. Birth certificate: Contacted the health department of the county where I was born. They OVERNIGHTED a certified copy to me the next day - total cost, $14.
2. SS Card: Contacted Social Security on their site. They asked if I was sure I needed the card, since I 'won't likely be asked for it.' I went ahead and got it - took five business days to arrive - total cost, $0.
3. Marriage License: Went to the 'vital docs' site of the county where we were hitched. Filled everything out online, arrived in three days - total cost, $5.
It cost less than $20 to obtain all three certified/legal documents, and it took less than five business days to receive them. Note: if I had lived where I was born or married, it would have been a day. Tops.
Anyone telling you this is too hard or unfair is lying and hiding the real reason they want to stop Voter ID.

Four years ago, the Bucktooth Botox Bandit of Buffalo (Kathy Hochul) told Republicans in NY to leave the state and said we weren't New Yorkers.
After she barely won re-election, my wife and I took her up on her offer.
It was the best decision we could have made. We now own a home and a successful business in Tennessee due in large part to a far lower tax burden than what exists in New York.
Now Hochul is begging those of us who left to COME BACK to New York so she can tax our income to pay for her and Mamdani's pet projects.
Be careful what you wish for, Kathy. None of us are coming back.

BOMSHELL Exposure: Republican Congressman Tim Burchett Took to the Camera to Totally EXPOSE The Key Staffer for RINO Senator Mitch McConnell Who Is The Mastermind Behind Blocking The SAVE Act!
According to Rep. Burchett, Sen. Mitch McConnell's (R-KY) chief of staff, Terry Carmack, is the snake responsible for stalling the SAVE America Act. Burchett argued that Carmack is trying to keep this bill, which focuses on voter ID and proof of citizenship, along with restricting mail-in voting, out of committee to protect Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) and Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) from debate pressure and to keep the bill from becoming law!
Explaining what is going on, Rep. Burchett noted that much of the work coming out of McConnell's office is apparently being handled by his staffers, as McConnell is too senile to do the work. He then compared McConnell to former President Joe Biden and the significant cognitive decline he experienced in his final years in office, the years of the infamous autopen scandal. Burchett believes the same thing is happening to the Kentucky senator, who is thankfully not seeking re-election this year, and that Carmack is the one stalling efforts to pass the SAVE Act before those midterms
