@united Been stuck on plane over hour after tire blowout landing in MCO(everyone safe, great job pilot) but no clue on when we may move to gate or get off plane. Ppl restless/hungry! Lost our luggage a year ago to MCO and now this, may need to rethink UA to Florida in the future!

Keep in mind our luggage includes our kids car seats so leaving the airport without bags and car seats because no guarantee of when our luggage even comes out. @united causing all sorts of safety issues today!

@united Platinum member flying to BCN this wknd w/wife for special 40th bday (award ticket), learned not PlusPoint eligible, but told multiple times over last few months that would still be CPU eligible Being told now not case. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Anything you can do to help??

Doordash still refusing 3 days later...$0 provided and nonstop runaround still. Doordash literally stealing from its customers at this point...

I recognize I have had multiple complaints about that same restaurant overthe past few months but the Manager at the restaurant herself said we are not the only ones dealing with recurring issues as they have had a lot of staff turnover the last few months.
