ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅವಾಂತರಗಳು, ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ವಿಳಂಬ, ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ಸಡಿಲಿಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಿನ್ನೆ ತಡರಾತ್ರಿ ಸದನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದೆ.
ಕೃಷಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ [AO ] ಹಾಗೂ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಕೃಷಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ [AAO ] ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದೂಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಇದೆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದೆ. ಪಿ.ಎಸ್.ಐ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರೆ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟಂತೆ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಕಷ್ಟ ಪಟ್ಟು ತಯಾರಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಕರೋನ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮುಂದೂಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಪಿ.ಎಸ್.ಐ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರೆ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ಸಡಿಲಿಕೆ [Age Relaxation] ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು
ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವುದರಿಂದ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಬಲಗೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು, ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವುದರಿಂದ ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲದ ಲಭ್ಯತೆಯಿಂದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆ ಕೊಡಬಹುದೆಂದು ವಿವರಿಸಿದೆ.
I spoke extensively about the unscientific scheduling of competitive examinations, which is adversely impacting the preparation of thousands of candidates in Karnataka. The issue regarding the scheduling of Agricultural Officer (AO) and Assistant Agricultural Officer (AAO) was highlighted to the Government during this occasion.
I urged the Government to consider granting age relaxation for Police Sub-Inspector (PSI) candidates and those applying for other competitive exams, similar to the provisions made in other States like Jharkhand and Telangana, where a one-time age relaxation has been implemented for aspirants.
I also called upon the Government to address the existing vacancies, especially in North Karnataka, as this would not only benefit the candidates socially and economically but also enhance the State's ability to deliver better services to the public through sufficient manpower.
