@ODNIgov @NTC_Report @NCTCKent can we bring county EMA directors into this…most are completely out of the loop and play a huge part in prevention & planning
English

🚨NEW: @ODNIgov is developing an intelligence-sharing app for law enforcement.
With this new capability, our local, state, and federal law enforcement partners will soon be able to receive real-time, unclassified intelligence from ODNI’s National Counterterrorism Center that can be immediately actioned to keep the American people safe. @NCTCKent

@crimlawuk Lots of “evidence” out there including his medical exemption as well as other documents "..but hey orange man bad 🙄

Donald Trump famously dodged the Vietnam draft because of "bone spurs", no evidence of which has ever been produced.
Now that he is Commander-in-Chief, safe and warm in a Secret Service security bubble, he seems a lot more interested in the military.
Maybe because he and his family will not be putting any lives on the line.
I feel for those Venezuelans and - before long - the US servicemen and women who will lose their lives and loved ones due to the violent mania of Donald Trump.

@davidluxton99 @CivilCspa @laterlives David, I am a pensioner & disabled veteran, haven’t received my CS pension since @CapitaPlc took over, it’s my only source of income..are you in a position to help?
English

Good positive meeting today of @CivilCspa with our @laterlives partners and our political advisors at Connect, planning our Parliamentary campaigning strategy over the next few months on behalf of older people #pensions #winterfuelpayments #accesstocash CSPA.co.uk

A pension system that finally works for working people.
🏦 Labour’s reforms mean the average saver could be £29,000 better off…
including 800,000 here in the North East.

@pcs_union Still haven’t received my CS pension, called them, emailed numerous times nothing back, absolutely clueless @CapitaPB @CSPScheme
English

In a big step forward for industrial relations for members administering the Civil Service Pension Scheme, PCS and Capita have signed a key union recognition agreement. Pictured signing the agreement are PCS GS Fran Heathcote and Capita's Scott Hill.

Capita says it has fixed issues with the new administration of the Civil Service Pension Scheme after members reported that technical issues were preventing them from being able to access the scheme’s digital portal.

@MarkOrmrod I hear you….i have started doing free “stop the bleed” courses…it helps with that feeling of “doing something useful” and it certainly makes a difference

It’s odd. I have everything a man could ever want in life, literally everything, and I’m unbelievably grateful for it all. I’m lucky enough to have constant opportunities and experiences, which I’m also very grateful for. But despite all of that, for months now the dominant thought in my mind has been the state of this country and my fellow Brits who are suffering.
In the military, I felt like I could make a difference. But right now, I feel useless to help.
English

@NotThatBigIan I may have rose colored glasses, but my service 1985-08 we had a generally safe environment, smartish uniforms, reasonable pay and opportunities to up skill, rank badges and most senior management had some uniformed service…I even got to deploy overseas
English

We need to start talking about this. Why can't we find UK citizens to work in our jails in the first place? Because they are poorly paid, badly trained & thrown into the maw of violent, drug infested slums where the state can't assert authority properly or protect its people.
Charlie Taylor@charlie_taylor6
Bullingdon, like many other jails, is heavily dependent on prison officers recruited from West Africa. Changes to Home Office thresholds mean that many are in danger of not have their work visas renewed. This will have a devastating effect on may jails if a solution is not found.

If you believe free speech is for you but not your political opponents, you're illiberal.
If no contrary evidence could change your beliefs, you're a fundamentalist.
If you believe the state should punish those with contrary views, you're a totalitarian.
If you believe political opponents should be punished with violence or death, you're a terrorist.

@sarahadams If any agency wants an BBIED SOP, contact me via pm or on LinkedIn
English

This week, every law enforcement agency in America should sit down with its leadership and develop clear, actionable SOPs for suicide bombers.
They are already here.
Do you have the plans, training, and policies in place to protect the public—and even your own officers?
The worst time to make a plan is in the middle of the attack. Use now wisely!
Alex Plitsas 🇺🇸@alexplitsas
He purposefully tackled a suicide bomber and took the blast so that others may live. Definition of heroism.

@sarahadams I have been routinely offering STB training free to my community including first responders for over two years…@sarahadams is absolutely correct, you need this training
English

What we saw in Manhattan today is a reminder—EMS won’t enter until the scene is secure. If there’s an active shooter, can you treat the person next to you until help arrives? Most of us have emergency plans for our homes, but incidents like today can happen at work, too. You don’t want to be the one standing there helpless while your coworker bleeds out. Hosting a 'Stop the Bleed' training at your workplace isn’t just smart—it could save lives. Make sure you and your team are ready to provide life-saving care, giving EMS something to work with when they finally are cleared to move in.
English

@thinkdefence There is much more to military parachuting than simply inserting into hostile environments and seizing ground, much akin to foot drill being more than ceremonial…..once we loose sight of this our effectiveness in battle is lost

You pay a compulsory tax to a state broadcaster that thought it absolutely fine to live stream despicable incitement to violence against a country whose citizens were slaughtered by terrorists *at a music festival*.
