@FlySWISS @vranckx_dieter @tamurg a word of advice, treat your customers as people not just another ticket. When the mistake is at your end take responsibility, make amends and move on, do not regurgitate the same information, still waiting for refund or new flights.

@FlySWISS telling me to rebook does not solve anything when I have to wait for funds to be returned. Why do you offer flights you cannot provide take payment and then tell me it’s my fault for choosing @lufthansa from Swiss air website - your partner airline

@tamurg Booked 4 flights to India today with @flyswiss payment has been taken but the return flight subsequently was not available. Spent the last 4 hours on the phone being passed to different departments kept on hold (as I type this). @flyswiss worst experience ever.
