Beware when shopping for internet @optimum is so shady! Their service continued to get worse in Stillwater, OK. We’re now trying to discontinue service & they are SHADY… customer service keeping us on phone for an hour trying to get us to hang up so cancellations not processed.

@FCC do you receive 100s of complaints per day about @optimum and their bad business ethics? You must because this company is terrible!

@FCC take a look at @optimum & their blatant violations of consumer protection law. The practice of making it extremely difficult to cancel service. We’ve been on a call loop, handed off to yet another representative with nonsense questions, offers & not canceling the service.

Why is @ExpressScripts sooooo bad at filling scripts after all the mailers, texts & insistence to "switch to Express Scripts for all your prescription needs!" They waste so much of my time 😡 & my Dr's!!!
