Sure. Which bill? Sorry. I don’t get on X very often lately. Yesterday’s bill, 1250 was a good bill except for the defunding of the police part and then wiping out their fund to create a new one completely controlled by the Democrats instead. Gee. Nothing could go wrong there. 🙄. I was very upset with them adding this and I asked, begged, them to take that part out. I would have been 100% yes. I even stated this in my closing. I started the entire this out as a yes as I thought it was like last years bill, which I was a yes on. BUT I was basically lied to, straight to my face, that “no, it’s not taking money away from Law Enforcement”. Even asked me to show in the bill where it was possible. So I did. I was told they would take that out. THEN later not only did they not take that part out, they doubled down on it by completely shutting down the program fund, creating a whole new fund they, Dems control instead of LE and then transferring ALL of the funds (which they thought was a $1m). Ended up only being $300k. They were quite disappointed. Go figure. So not only were they defunding an extremely important program that LE uses to help support victims, parole transitions, public emergencies, their own operations and investigations plus a ton of other public safety projects, they were permanently dismantling it and expanding government into a new program they had control over and that would end up paying for illegals in the mix of it. Now, if you TRUST Dems to actually, productively and transparently take and use $$$ responsibility and what they “promise”…then I have some beachfront property in the dessert to sell you! Lol. I completely agreed with that there should be a conviction to permanently seize someone’s property. 100%. I COULD NOT stand by and let the Dems have their dream of defunding our police and basically steal or “reappropriate” said money into their own grubby hands. Where once they get it, they’ll continue to steal and misuse it. I’ve personally watched these people rip off the people of CO on a daily basis. No way. And I don’t care if they want to take just $1 from our law enforcement. Nope. Not on my watch. So yes, I completely had intended to be a yes on this bill...but when they side hustled, lied about and then snuck in the defunding part…I was pissed. I don’t play games. Period. They played and I refused. The $ in that fund was all from legitimate criminal forfeitures. Not innocent individuals they want you to think. Makes for good drama tho if they can get you to believe it. They couldn’t show even one person whose assets were part of it. We asked tons of times. They kept coming up with shit that happened in other states, not CO. Not to mention all the hoops and red tape that it takes to even do the forfeitures for actual criminals. But no one wants to hear that part as it chips away at the narrative and objective. DEFUND the police. It was damn near a sort of “police derangement syndrome”. Just weird. I know that’s a lot. Not sure if I left anything out. If I did I don’t mean to. But you wanted to know what or why I voted the way I did and this was the gist of it. As always, I am ALWAYS open to discussion. If I’m wrong I will always admit it…this time I believe I did right. Judiciary is brutal but I keep my nose out of the drama if I can as it just clouds judgement IMO. heck, if you want to sit and have a coffee or just give me a call. I’m open to that as well. I try my best and fight until I can’t stand some nights…sometimes 12-14 hours all at once. I truly am here for us. I’m an open book and will not BS ya. This I hope many have learned about me. Excuse any typos. It’s late.

@DeniseMaesEsq @RebeccaKeltie @javier_mabrey Colorado ranks among the most dangerous states in the U.S., frequently appearing in the top three to ten for high crime rates, driven by very high property crime and rising violent crime. In 2024, it was ranked the 3rd most dangerous state by U.S. News & World Report,

Listening into House Judiciary where there is good discussion on how to safely integrate folks leaving prison into our communities. Not sure where @RebeccaKeltie gets her facts, but she asserted that CO is the 2nd most violent state in the U.S. She is so wrong.

This is the response I sent to another person who took the time to ask. Your absolutely right and people aren’t seeing or hearing what they are hiding with this bill. I was 100% for the first half and then the Dems snuck in the 2nd basically defunding the police. THEIR DREAM! I was also lied to from the beginning when they promised that wasn’t going to happen and THEN found in committee they doubled down on that lie! I will never vote to defund our police. Not even $1! The Dems see this “pot” of $$$$ and DROOL! They not only were going to take the, what they THOUGHT was millions of $$$ in it (only $300k after they paid everything out to the programs and operations) they were SHUTTING it down from LE control & creating a “new fund” under DEM COMPLETE control! With no transparency and no limits. Taking some now and you know the REST later! Thats what they do! And people wanted us to vote for that?! Hell no! The off record, off the floor conversations, meetings were not heard in committee. The real research isn’t always seen and then people GUT REACT to the TITLE of the damn bill (which was genius on the DEMS on that one). It had NOTHING to do with them giving 2 shits about the 4th amendment!! They cannot even spell CONSTITUTION much less care about following it. We see that DAILY! People need to wake up and fast! They WANTED THE MONEY! For Degraaf it was about asset forfeiture…which I am 100% on his side. I voted for his bill LAST YEAR! But the DEMS got in there and knew he was desperate to pass this bill since he’s run it 3 or 4 times so they USED his desperation against him and tried to trick the PEOPLE. Well…THIS GAL SAW RIGHT THRU IT! I didn’t just read between the lines, I read thru the DEEP LINE$! Below is a partial list of what the LECS fund pays for. It’s dollar $$ in their eyes they see! When Mabry, Zokaie, Garcia, Carter are voting FOR SOMETHING as fierce as they are for this….you need to step BACK and really look! They are the communist socialist Progressive Party of Colorado. You want us to trust them now?!! Shit no! Give me a break. Wake UP! If you don’t understand why we vote on a bill…BLOODY ASK US! I have ALWAYS been an open book. I will always give you my time to talk. Tell me when I haven’t! And shame on those to shoot first and never even ask the question later. I’m in this shit for YOU! I’m DEFINITELY not getting rich, poorer actually, and plus I could be sitting on a damn beach with a mai tai! So please, respect me like I respect you and just talk to me. You are ALL in my heart every day I’m in that hell hole. This I promise. Just know, please, that I am trying my best against forces directly from Satan. Sometimes…often…ALONE. Colorado, we have an Anti-Liberty group of Legislators who are voting AGAINST good legislation that would protect the property and the data of Coloradans! HB26-1037 The Fourth Amendment is Not For Sale Act FAILED because of the Sinister Six pictured below. Thankfully HB26-1250 Civil Asset Forfeiture Reform PASSED, but with no thanks the Five in the image. If we want to become a Free State, then we need to hold BAD POLITICIANS accountable REGARDLESS of Party!

BREAKING: The Fourth Amendment is Not For Sale Act FAILS on a 5 to 6 vote! Republican Minority Leader @RepCaldwell is the deciding vote on a bill that would have protected the data of Coloradans from government! BAD NEWS!

I was asked by someone else as well. Thank you for asking. Wish others gave the same respect. 🫶🏼 This was my answer: Sure. Which bill? Sorry. I don’t get on X very often lately.
