@AmazonHelp Just an update. I Called last night and went through troubleshooting for several hours with no solution. Once again promised a resolution in 24 hours. @amazonhelp and customer service is a joke @JeffBezos

@AmazonHelp Been over 24 hours and no one has contacted me! @amazonIN downfall is real and @AmazonHelp is even worse. Please refrain using this from all ends.
So I bought 2 covers, same company from @amazonIN ! One is absolutely fine, proper packing and seals intact. The other one is missing company seals and held with cello-tape, even that is ripped from one end @AmazonHelp is refusing to refund the money even tho I have the video.
