@jagograhakjago @VIPBagsIndia agreed to refund for a carlton bag they couldn't repair and provide equivalent replacement. Shared my bank details over mail 1 month back. They kept on delaying the refund. They provided a refund UTR which my bank confirmed doesnt exist- Misleading.

@VIPBagsIndia Never buy Carlton bags from VIP. Bag starts showing quality issues within 2 years, they can't repair, they offer replacement, which is not equivalent. They agree to refund, now they are delaying the same for around a month.

@policybazaar My family member has @Cigna Health Insurance purchased from U.Had a hospitalization today.Your app doesn't mention abt TPA/TPA no. of Insurance. Bcz of that I cudnt avail cashless facility, now dealing with bunch of paperworks. Your customer experience is pathetic.

@policybazaar @pen5ta Sir pls have a look at the sub par quality of response provided by PB team. I'm also aware that claim got rejected, but neither insurance company nor PolicyBazaar team is responding to me with the specifications of rejection. Nobody from PB claims team is responding.

@policybazaar @FinMinIndia Purchased @ManipalCigna health insurance from @policybazaar . Claim got rejected during reimbursement and no pointed details. During purchase PB claimed big of providing support during claim settlement process. However now PB is distancing itself from responsibility.
