FOIA s, MMTLP S1 , the MMAT BK case... At what point do they finally throw in the towel and come to the table ? They can't afford the full truth to come out, because the evidence of what happened would be devastating. If I have to make a decision based on second-guessing every move or doing what others think is right or wrong, it actually makes me feel a lot better seeing Mr. McCabe saying that the NBH team is working every single day for a fair resolution to ALL shareholders, even those who likely ended up holding synthetic or counterfeit shares.

On our three-year anniversary, I was feeling defeated and decided to reach out to McCabe for reassurance that our hard work has not been in vain. I also wanted to address some of the ongoing rumors suggesting that McCabe has given up on us. His response was the encouragement I needed, and I know many others could benefit from it as well.
