That school fees math is actually wild & I was never prepared for this‼️ A school fee of ₹2.85lakh in PP1 with average 10% yearly increase becomes a ₹75.16 lakh bill by Class 10 for one child. This is just school fee, then we have transport events books uniform etc. Assuming an average of ₹2.85L per year for all classes, and 300 students per class. School gets ₹120 crores per year from fees. 177 days school working full year. Per day per child, parents are paying around ₹1600 Yet the rising cost of schooling remains ignored. Past Governments have failed on this for years. At least now, it needs urgent attention @revanth_anumula “put in government school if you can’t afford” - is easier to say when it’s not about ur child, not ur fear, or ur sacrifice

I don’t get why people get emotional instead of looking at the numbers. A 72 floor luxury tower with a fancy design will cost 11,000 to 12,000 per sft all inclusive. That pricing has to match the location. In that specific pocket of Ghatkesar, that too right next to railway track and a RoB , it doesn't work out ( shared some location pics) . The surroundings and access do not support ultra premium pricing. For context, a gated community in Pocharam next to Infosys, a much better location, is around ~6,000 per sft. Expecting buyers to pay almost double in this area is unrealistic. This is not about East vs West. East Hyderabad is in fact growing. • NSL Arena in Uppal already has multiple high rise towers under construction, including a 40+ floors tower And please, don’t act like a politician by breaking and picking parts of the statement at your convenience. @cardenthu24 @imYadav31 No re-read the t&c. If the card you are upgrading to belongs to same program as your current card, it will be replaced. Even if you don’t activate new one, old will be closed in 45 days. Hence upgrade from cards with Edge rewards / cashback structure to Horizon.
