This morning, I was reading Chapter 15 of the Bhagavad Gita. One thought stayed with me. “Have courage. Stay humble. Do your duty without attachment.” Life tested this. Some years ago, Shri Jaiprakash Gaur, who built Jaypee Group, came to meet me in London. He had built an empire over his lifetime with hard work and vision. He reached out more than once. He wrote to me. His only wish was simple that what he had built should go into safe hands and be taken forward with the right intent. He even wrote me letters in Hindi, in his own words, expressing his trust. At that time, we could not proceed. Recently, the asset went into a public auction by CoC in the IBC process. Many strong bidders participated. Suddenly, the sentiment and wishes of Jaiprakash Gaur ji came rushing back to me. One by one, everyone dropped out of the bidding. Finally, we were declared the highest bidder publicly. It was a transparent process. We were informed in writing that we had won. But life is never so simple. After some days, the decision was changed. Don’t want to go into the details. That is for the right forum. But I want to share something from my heart. We have no attachment to this asset. If it comes, it is God’s grace. If it goes, that is also his wish. But one thing we believe strongly. When something is promised in dharma, it should not be taken back. In our scriptures also, we see this again and again. Truth, commitment, and fairness are above everything. So, what should one do? Gita gives a simple answer - do your duty, with courage, but without anger or attachment. That is what we will do. We will place the facts in the right way. We will follow the right path. Rest, I leave to God.

Sir besides water purchase costs are the following; 🛑 Cost of Power for processing water 🛑 Salaries paid to an Operator appointed 🛑 Cost of chemicals needed for processing 🛑 Maintenance cost of WTP & Electrical equipments associated A Society like ours buys roughly #water for 180000 each month #Costof power 18000 p.m. #Operatorsalary 20000 p.m. #chemicalcost 10000 p.m. #WTPmaintenance 10000 p.m. (includes Electrical maintenance) i.e. 35% additional costs. If that be the case the Developer ought to reimburse these costs as it adds additional load on citizens many of whom are retired. Hence we are paying these costs for 20+ years unheard of. Hence instead of providing Swimming Pools, Gyms, etc, basic infrastructure ought to be provided. It's a scam of disproportionate levels which is never attended to. #SOLUTION : BRING A MOROTORIUM ON CONSTRUCTION TILL SOME RELIEF IS PROVIDED IN PUTTING IN PLACE BASIC INFRASTRUCTURE !! We know that there is no political will in providing the above as a 'give & take' situation exists between Developers & Authorities who pass on the miseries to the buyers. @CPPuneCity @PuneCityTraffic The bus permit should be cancelled, and the driver’s licence must be suspended for at least 5 years so he can learn disciplined and responsible driving. Such reckless and disorderly individuals deserve strict punishment. It raises serious concerns about the safety of school students when they are under the care of such irresponsible drivers.

Pune: A serious road rage incident has been reported in the city after a school bus allegedly hit an Aprilia RS 457 motorcycle from behind and the situation escalated into threats and aggressive behavior. The incident took place In Pashan on March 24 at 6.15 PM. According to the complainant, the bus driver not only caused the collision but also allegedly issued direct death threats, saying it would have been better if the rider had died and challenging what would happen afterward. The victim further claimed that despite being at fault, the driver attempted to intimidate and even tried to hit them again. The incident has raised concerns over road safety and the conduct of drivers operating school transport vehicles. The complainant has urged the Maharashtra Police and Pune Police to take strict action against the accused driver and ensure accountability. Authorities are yet to release an official statement on the matter.
