This innocent soul got trapped in the Ganga as the water level suddenly rose, leaving him helpless and struggling to survive. In that terrifying moment, when hope seemed to fade, a kind-hearted raft operator stepped in and rescued him safely. Moments like these remind us that humanity still exists in its purest form. Amid so much indifference, one act of courage and compassion can save a life and restore faith in the goodness of people. Let’s be that reason for someone’s survival. #dogs #AnimalWelfare

#JAYPEEGREENS RWA’S CRUEL DOUBLE FACE ON THE STRAY DOG ISSUE HAS BEEN EXPOSED?? They complain on social media that the dogs are aggressive and portray themselves as victims. But look at what they do behind the scenes to these dogs and at their plans that were leaked from their WhatsApp group. These dogs are bound to become aggressive under such circumstances. This is what dog haters do: They provoke dogs into reacting, and then, after an incident happens, they seek sympathy online. The paid dog hater mafia takes care of the rest. Despite @AWBI issuing a legal warning, this RWA continues to indulge in actions that may amount to violations. @THaPriYa123 #saveindiandogs @UNHumanRights @UN @WHO

x.com/i/status/20283… 🚨 URGENT: 21 LEOPARDS ILLEGALLY CONFINED IN CAGES since 3 Months - 2 Died in Cages in trauma – AHILYANAGAR, #MAHARASHTRA #INDIA BY #HumanMenace 🚨 📍 Location: Forest Department Nursery, Vadgaon Sawtal, Parner Taluka, Ahilyanagar District (Ahmednagar), Maharashtra 📅 Duration: Approx. Serious allegations have emerged that 21 leopards (Schedule I protected species) have been confined in small cages for nearly three months. Reports indicate: • Severe overcrowding • Extreme heat exposure in metal cages • Lack of movement • Stress injuries from hitting cage bars • Foul smell and poor hygiene • 2 leopards already dead • 1 leopard reportedly in critical condition If true, this constitutes a grave violation of wildlife protection laws. --- ⚖️ LEGAL POSITION 🐆 Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 Leopard (Panthera pardus) is a Schedule I species — highest level of protection. Section 9 Prohibits hunting. The definition of “hunting” includes capturing, trapping, or confining wild animals. Section 39 Wild animals are Government property and must be managed strictly under law. Section 40 Possession requires legal authorization and certification. Section 51 Punishment: Imprisonment up to 3 years (can extend in Schedule I cases), fine, or both. Improper confinement leading to death may also attract additional criminal liability. PCA ACT 1960 BNS 325 --- ❗ Key Concern Even if leopards were captured due to conflict mitigation: • Prolonged caging without rehabilitation • Overcrowding • Heat exposure • Denial of natural movement — may amount to cruelty, mismanagement, and violation of established wildlife handling protocols. Wildlife capture is meant to be temporary and humane — not indefinite imprisonment in extreme conditions. --- 📜 Constitutional Duty Article 51A(g) of the Indian Constitution: "It shall be the duty of every citizen to protect and improve the natural environment including forests and wildlife." This is not activism — this is constitutional responsibility. --- 🛑 Immediate Demands 1️⃣ Independent veterinary inspection 2️⃣ Medical examination of all 21 leopards 3️⃣ Postmortem report of deceased leopards made public 4️⃣ Transfer to proper wildlife rescue / rehabilitation facilities 5️⃣ Inquiry into forest department handling and accountability 6️⃣ CCTV & condition documentation --- 🏛 Authorities Accountable @moefcc @byadavbjp (Bhupender Yadav – MoEFCC) @WCCBHQ (Wildlife Crime Control Bureau) @PMOIndia @narendramodi @MahaForest @Dev_Fadnavis @CMOMaharashtra @PetaIndia @asharmeet02 @DEEPSBISHNOI_ @TribalArmy @Kapil_Jyani_ @Protect_Wldlife @domdyer70 @joedelhi @RavindraBhati__ @law_ninja @ntca_india @iTIGERSHROFF @BishnoiYouth @ANMLDFR @Amitava63051821 @ShrijeetNair06 @Sspyder085 @SnowPrince077 @JahnaviIyer @animalsaveindia @Wildlife_Update @ProtectTheWild_ @WildIndiaNews @SheldrickTrust @XposeTrophyHunt @WWFINDIA @fpjindia @TheJohnAbraham @KapilSharmaK9 #Leopards #Wild #SaveLeopards #ReleaseLeopards #StopAnimalCruelty #Animals #Wildlife #NarendraModi #SaveWildlife

WHERE DID THE DOG HATERS, SO CALLED HUMAN LOVERS AND CHILD SAVIORS GO NOW?? Thats right!! They were having a sound sleep after enjoying their burgers and movies!! They dont care about these coz they themselves would have been even a part of this. Infact, most of them hate dogs because dogs safeguard these women/children on the streets!! @TravelGov : Never take off the warnings about India from your website about the Indian men if you want safeguard your women! #saveindiandogs @WHO @UN @UNHumanRights

Repeated use of unverified CCTV clips and viral forwards as “news” by Indian media outlets fueled mob behaviour leading to violence against street dogs. Where were editorial checks? Is this journalism? @BBCWorld @AJEnglish #IndiaUnmutes #CitizensAskIndia

With power comes responsibility but Indian news media ran fear mongering headlines on street dogs without verifying data arousing public fear and panic that led to violence against dogs. Is this journalism ? @Reuters @AP #IndiaUnmutes #CitizensAskIndia

Several Indian media outlets published inflammatory language against dogs like (“menace”, “terror”) and used pictures showings dogs canine fangs without evidence. Words matter. Harm followed. @AJEnglish @Reuters #IndiaUnmutes #CitizensAskIndia

🚨 INDIA IS NOT SAFE -WE’RE JUST PRETENDING IT IS 🚨 Not a day passes without news of rape or sexual assault. Every day — a new survivor. Every day — the same hollow outrage. This isn’t isolated crime. It’s SYSTEMATIC COLLAPSE RAPE HAS BECOME ROUTINE Women are attacked at home, at work, on the streets, even in hospitals. Calling 112 is no longer a guarantee of safety - let that sink in 🤡 Children aren’t spared. Infants. Newborns. And still the excuses begin: • What was she wearing? • Why was she out late night? What excuse do you give when a baby is raped? This isn’t ignorance anymore - it’s normalised misogyny protected by silence. ⚖️ Justice crawls. Cases drag on. Rapists get bail, protection, anonymity. And now even voiceless animals aren’t safe - abused and violated because they can’t speak. 🚨Dogs. Cows. Wildlife. What kind of society does this? A nation that can’t protect women, children, or animals is not broken by ACCIDENT it is broken by CHOICE The silence of powerful institutions, even the Supreme Court, is deafening. If there’s more urgency for dog bites than rape statistics, then the real danger isn’t on the streets - it’s in what power refuses to confront. 📉 No accountability = more violence. Women unsafe. Children unsafe. Animals unsafe. ☑️🤡And the most dangerous species roaming free-is still the one pretending nothing is wrong. #ProtectWomen #JusticeDelayedJusticeDenied #EndRapeCulture #StopAnimalCruelty #NoMoreSilence #Chhattisgarh #korba @Delhiite_ @DipshikhaGhosh @TARUNspeakss @Abhivridhi_Vani @NalinisKitchen @Infinite_Void29 @suktabombil @vfanimals11 @th_anonymouse @desi_brat @leftzalwaysrite @jaysampat53 @HawkBorder @logicalindian05 @tannies0505 @guptadas_anando @AnjellBejanian @TheViditsharma @SusruthiVempati @sanjay_daddy
