.@Verizon @VerizonSupport your international plan is a joke. 2nd time we’ve traveled and completely lost all service, data, etc with multi-hour calls to attempt to resolve the issue (still unresolved). Anyone know of a better international service w voice & data??

my unpopular opinion: epic chat can be really useful if you have a complex patient being co-managed by multiple services, it can allow a productive group discussion. in a perfect world people would meet in person for multi-disiplinary conferences, but this often isn’t feasible

@LWestafer @TheSGEM Two comments. First, OK, there is nothing quite like watching the tube go through the cords, or the rush of air from a chest tube for a Ptx, but the Epley is INCREDIBLY FUN!! The nursemaid's elbow of neurology. And as for "good faith", it's really good Dx and good technique.
