Too many Dems online seemingly can’t detect antisemitism unless it’s Galindo-style “put them in camps” rhetoric or explicit swastikas. 🇵🇸 Dems calling Israelis “subhuman inbreds” or similar invectives doesn’t lead to ostracizing by their peers.
Solly & Yossi@Ok_Solly

Democrats need to own this and deal with the problem, which is not isolated to Maureen Galindo by any stretch of the imagination. Deflecting this onto the GOP is cowardly and goes to show the moral rot that has taken hold.

@MegamiNYC You might think this makes you sound cool and edgy right now (it doesn’t but there are enough antisemites to make you think it). But someday, when being a bigot goes back out of style, this won’t seem so fun for you.

@zenigeva3 @nytimes I’m genuinely curious why you have a problem with this ruling. The case is Havana Docks Corp. (US-based, despite the name) vs. Royal Caribbean Cruises. HDC owned rights to a cruise port that was nationalized, they wanted to sue RCC for later using that port without paying them.

october 7th was bad. if you disagree with this, you are unequivocally an abhorrent antisemite. critique of israel is not automatically antisemitic, but supporting a horrific episode of rape and slaughter of the jewish people absolutely is

(Jewish) family friend here in PA, who's been a Dem for 50 years (and a frequent Dem donor) just posted that he is leaving the party and becoming an Independent. Sad to see but honestly I don't know if I can blame him at this point.

@SleetMd @groove_sdc Thurmond certainly had Biden's respect as well and I'm old enough to remember that Biden was VP specifically to balance Obama's ticket for nervous white dems. No doubt many people agreed with Biden's jungle comment, reactionaries come in all shades.

@zenigeva3 @groove_sdc Biden had Thurmond's respect even though they disagreed. You all are currently supporting bigots and either agreeing with or excusing their bigotry. A lot of Black folks agreed with Biden in the 70s, for the reasons he stated. Black folks didn't create that jungle.

Rent for these kids averages between $1600 and $2000 on a 1bedroom/studio apartment. Add utilities. Add food. (No eating out, just groceries) Add the smartphone they need in order to get their weekly schedule and coordinate with coworkers. Add student loan debt they were told (BY THE BOOMERS) they needed in order to succeed in life. Add the car payment on a 200,000 mile rolling shitbox. That still doesn't account for laundry, clothing, hair cuts, medical, dental, etc. Stop giving the Zoomers so much shit, when BOOMER subtards are the ones who made the world so worthless and disgusting.

Legit comment and question What the hell do Gen Z think they need to buy that they can't? Our first house was 1000 sq ft. We liquidated everything we had to have a down payment. We lived there 6 years and saved up to move into our 2nd home that was actually reasonable. So my question remains - what does Gen Z think is starting? Frankly, this crap of allowing investors and foreign interests to buy up entire swaths of houses for investment has to stop. We have to figure out how to monitor and manage that. There has to be stock of inexpensive housing available for young people. If all of that stuff has been soaked up by slum lords, thats no bueno either.

Today, I’m announcing my candidacy for Florida’s 20th congressional district. I’ll continue to use my seniority in Washington to make Broward a safer, less expensive place to live, raise a family, and retire. We cannot let Trump and DeSantis take away Broward County’s power.

ROGUEDNC has previously been accused of misrepresenting Rep. Crockett’s principles. She recently attacked me directly, saying I should “kiss her ass.” 🥴 Here is proof that Rep. Crockett is a corporate Dem. We urge Missouri voters to reject AIPAC-funded Democrats and vote for our champion, @CoriBush - a REAL fighter! Wesley Bell has received $13,135,269 from the Pro-Israel lobby. Shame.

@PalmDiaspora @DeathbyCeltics @NickKristof You and your mother are acting defensive in the same way many german americans did after the full revelations of nazi conduct in ww2. It's a very human response but that does not justify it or make it ok to engage in denialism to protect your preconceived beliefs.

Being anti imperialist means you're against ALL imperialists. If you support russia, china, the dprk, iran, or any other "anti western imperialist", you are still an imperialist. The same goes for if you support western imperialists such as israel and the usa.
