All countries, international organizations, the United Nations, the European Union, and the African Union this is evidence that Belgium is among the countries collaborating with the FDLR in a plan aimed at expelling AFC/M23 and destabilizing Rwanda. For example, Belgian soldiers have reportedly been involved alongside FARDC, FDNB, Wazalendo, and FDLR in attacks launched from Point Zero targeting Minembwe Centre. These photos are said to show Belgian soldiers who were killed in combat. This is also why Belgium is at the forefront of efforts to push European Union countries to impose sanctions on Rwanda. At present, Belgium and other European countries are allegedly mobilizing support and resources to arm the FDLR, a terrorist group, with the objective of attacking Rwanda and removing its government. However, they are mistaken Rwanda is not the same as it was during the time of Belgian colonial rule. @IntlCrimCourt @FBI @_AfricanUnion @EU_Commission @EUatUN @GeneralNeva @hadjalahbib @AsstSecStateAF @JuttaUrpilainen @FEGnassingbe @un_council @SenateForeign @MofaQatar_FR @CanadaUN @UKUN_NewYork @CanadaUE @SenateForeign @MichaelKanuSL @SecRubio @NshimyimanaEmma @JBorgstam @SecScottBessent @FranceONU @JuttaUrpilainen @HuangXia16 @SophieUKRPG @eucopresident @JosepBorrellF @StateDeptSpox @EP_President @prevotmaxime @USAmbUN @RepStephMurphy @MONUSCO @WilliamsRuto @4thPresidentKE @jlprdeangola @RepStefanik @OfficialMasisi @US_SrAdvisorAF @EmmanuelMacron @secgen @UEenRDC @volker_turk @prevotmaxime @onduhungirehe @HuangXia16 @antonioguterres

RWANDA x.com/FLACKORIZZ/sta… THIS ONE GENIUS APPROACH IS ELEVATING RWANDA TO ELITE TRAVEL STATUS | A Facts On Rwanda Report Rwanda is rapidly emerging as a global powerhouse in luxury tourism, redefining the future of travel through a bold combination of sustainability, exclusivity, and conservation. The country’s high-end, eco-conscious tourism model is not only transforming its own economy but also setting new benchmarks for Africa and the world. At the core of this success is Rwanda’s deliberate “high-value, low-impact” strategy—focusing on attracting fewer, higher-spending visitors while preserving its natural ecosystems. This approach has elevated Rwanda into an elite destination for premium experiences, including world-renowned gorilla trekking, luxury eco-lodges, and curated nature-based tourism. The country’s strict conservation policies ensure that tourism revenues directly support environmental protection and local communities. National parks are carefully managed, wildlife habitats are preserved, and local populations benefit through jobs, infrastructure, and revenue-sharing programs. This creates a sustainable cycle where tourism funds conservation, and conservation strengthens tourism appeal. Rwanda’s rise is also fueled by strong governance, strategic branding, and global partnerships that position it as a safe, clean, and forward-thinking destination. Investments in hospitality infrastructure and premium services have further enhanced its reputation among high-end travelers seeking meaningful and responsible experiences. Globally, as travelers shift toward sustainability and authenticity, Rwanda stands out as a model of how tourism can balance profitability with environmental responsibility. Unlike mass tourism destinations that often degrade natural assets, Rwanda proves that protecting nature can be the foundation of economic growth. This transformation is not accidental—it is the result of long-term vision and disciplined execution. Rwanda is not just competing in global tourism—it is leading it, showing that Africa’s future lies in sustainable luxury, conservation-driven growth, and world-class experiences that set new international standards. #VisitRwanda #RwandaStories #FactsOnRwanda

Ministry of National Unity and Civic Engagement
Today, Minister @DrDamascene received Mr. Dani Dayan, Chairman of Yad Vashem @yadvashem, in his office. Their discussions focused on preparations for the 32nd Commemoration of the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda, including his attendance at the launch of #Kwibuka32 Week on 7 April 2026, and participation in the International Conference on Genocide Prevention and the event marking IBUKA’s 30-year journey on 8 April. They also explored potential areas of collaboration between the two institutions.

Rwanda has consistently maintained that the long-term deployment of our security forces in joint counterterrorism operations in Mozambique requires a sustainable financing framework. Having so far shouldered the bulk of the financial burden of these operations, a transition to more equitable funding is a strategic necessity. This common-sense position is a matter of public record and is unrelated to news reports from anonymous sources to @LeMonde’s @Phjacque in Brussels, where opposition to Rwanda's security cooperation with Mozambique has never been quiet, or from @WSJ’s @NicholasBariyo’s baseless speculations and unethical reporting. Bariyo – it is also a matter of public record that a Rwandan delegation was in Washington DC in March for scheduled meetings at the State Department in the context of the ongoing Washington Peace Agreement, a statement was issued after these meetings. No comments of the sort you mention, in one of several hallucinations you report, were uttered by our ambassador to the U.S. Rwanda has not and will not seek additional funds from the European Peace Facility, that is a matter for Mozambique. Rwanda's deployment requires sustainable financing, and it is up to the host government and its partners with major investments in Cabo Delgado to provide for that, as it has always been. Otherwise, Rwanda is satisfied to have been able to contribute together with our Mozambican allies in defeating the terrorists, securing the residents of Cabo Delgado and allowing for investments to roll out. Both the @WSJ and @LeMonde also get the numbers wrong. Current personnel numbers stand at over 6,300—significantly higher than the initial 2,000 deployed in 2021. This increase was a direct response to the expanded scope of operations and the necessity of filling the security vacuum left by the withdrawal of the SADC Mission in Mozambique (SAMIM) in 2024. The bottom line is: ISIS attacks mainly victimized Mozambican civilians, and they have been the biggest beneficiaries of the joint security mission, having returned to their homes and resumed their lives. The gas investments benefit European and global energy security/interests, not Rwanda's – Rwandan forces are present in Cabo Delgado in response to the request of the Government of Mozambique for support.

President Kagame interview Jeune Afrique 1. Defensive measures are meant to prevent the threat of FDLR from Rwandan soil. Does it logically make sense to remove them when the FDLR threat is still there? The measures shift depending on where the threat is located, sometimes 5, 10, 20 km - and that will remain the case. 2. Rwanda’s security at the border has improved ever since the M-23 took over the border towns of the DRC. 3. Those (Americans) who choose to be selective in the demands they place upon the parties involved in the DRC conflict end up undermining - for whatever motive - the very peace agreements they have helped to put in place. 4. The strategic objective is to ensure Rwanda’s borders are secure from the FDLR threat - Whether that assurance comes from who controls the East of the DRC or who controls the entire DRC. That’s all we need. So, the status quo is fine because it provides that assurance, at least partly, and I have the patience to wait until a comprehensive solution is found. 4. Yes, we have mining processing capacity. We have our own minerals and welcome those from any parts of the world that need processing. But we also have the International Finance Center and many other things, why the preoccupation with mining? Implication here is that those who have always processed DRC minerals (mainly Belgium but also other European countries) see a threat of competition from Rwanda developing this capacity. 5. Rwanda’s deployment in Mozambique isn’t reliant on EU money. EU contributes 20m but it costs us four, five times that amount. Moreover, this EU money is to support those with interests in the areas we secure, not us. They should be the ones to interface with the EU and others regarding financing. *Summary of President Kagame’s interview. You can watch the full interview here: youtu.be/jBTZKT2uTe4?si…

Classic #PoisonMuyaya tactic on the relentless attacks on Banyamulenge in Minembwe by FARDC with the Burundian Army and Wazalendo: "Accusation in a mirror" - where perpetrators falsely attribute their own crimes to their intended victims. Often used to incite violence or genocide, reversing reality to portray attackers as defenders against a threatening out-group and preemptively shift blame. 👇🏾

As a survivor of the Genocide against the Tutsi, the upcoming time of remembrance, beginning on April 7th, holds deep meaning for me. It is a powerful reminder of the strength we carry when we stand united. In a world where misinformation exists, choosing truth remains essential. I firmly believe and know that light will always overcome darkness, and together, dear Rwanda, we are stronger than ever. To friends around the world, especially in Germany, a country that not only gave me a home in a time of darkness but has also become my home, take the time to learn about the Genocide against the Tutsi, in which millions of lives were lost. Honoring truth and remembering together is how we continue to stand against injustice. #Kwibuka32
