Had a pretty interesting experience opening a new business bank account as a founder. We’ve raised a decent amount (can’t disclose, but >$1M - this matters later). Tried @mercury first. Got rejected 3 times. No explanation. No feedback. Nothing. We have enough capital (and as far as I know that's what they require) and just… silence. Says a lot about the company they’ve built. A few days later, I tried @tryramp after seeing their announcement. Within hours, the account was live. 2 days later, the physical card was at my door. But the real difference: Execution. Ramp had people in my inbox 24/7 making sure everything was unblocked, fast. No friction. No guessing. Just speed. That gap is everything. In the AI era, the winners won’t just have better tech - they’ll execute better than anyone else. For what it’s worth, this reset my bar. I know I want to build a @tryramp when it comes to customer experience.

A good introduction to the Superteam system. Interestingly, despite some of the biggest OG Solana projects are launched by teams in Hong Kong, there is still no Superteam Hong Kong, and the non-Chinese speaking Solana builders here have no place to go, even being suggested that they should "just join other countries' Superteams". This has been a recurring question over the past years. @superteam is it time to solve this together?

Personal update: I’ve decided to step down from the Head of Growth role at @sns. Proud to have helped contribute to Solana’s adoption through SNS, our community, and ecosystem partners. I’ll be transitioning into an advisor role and will remain involved in supporting SNS. What’s next? My interest continues to lean toward democratizing access to financial assets for everyone. I’ll be on the lookout for meaningful conversations and opportunities where I’m best positioned to contribute as we transition to a new chapter for adoption.

after 3 long years, I left superteam. Dec 2025 was my last month working for superteamvn. It took me so long to reflect and post this update. Tbh, it was easier talk than done for something that you was invested too much emotionally and smth profoundly change your identity. --- There are so many amazing friendships we have made across the globe since Nov 2022. I am forever graceful for everything this amazing builder community brought to me. I would never been on X if I was not joining superteam, never traveled the world as I did and never met so many amazing talents. --- However, the journey was not all roses. Crypto church vs casion battle has never been easy on me. My engineering instinct made me did my job poorly - never got too close to the trading community 😅. Given a 2nd chance, would I do differently? I guess it would still be a ... NO 😌 --- What's next? 🎯 My motto is "Solana is cloud computing" - I am not giving up on that. I am still with @solana through working w @lazorkit @Gaian_hq and @fystack They represent what I believe in solana - infra for human (and agent?) in the long run, and NOW as a home for asset. If there is any interesting tech, I would still do workshop x meetup sometimes in Da Nang. ⏳ I am working on my new startup - time to eat my own dog food 🐶. I dont have a good intro to what I am doing yet, but you can find it here knotwork.space ⏳ I am building a coffee shop / workstation name ... "buildstation" in Da Nang. This is soooo new to me. I hope by the time I finish it later this year (est Sept 26), I can proudly host builders from everywhere in the world to build in my homestead. As the burden and the joy of old identity is fading away, it is early morning fresh air of uncertainty is raising. Stay hungry, stay foolish. See you soon 🎉

Personal update: I will be stepping down from my role as @MonkeDAO Executive this upcoming term, effective March. It was not the easiest decision, because this organization is full of people I love, care for & enjoy working with. From now on, I'll be cheering the DAO on as a proud member instead while staying on the periphery to lend a hand when needed. I am 100% confident that @jemmmyjemm will continue to lead the team towards excellence. 2 years feels like a very long time in this industry, and I'm proud of what I've built alongside the team. I am incredibly grateful for that DM from Jemmy one fateful day inviting me to join, and for the chance to grow and learn alongside people I respect. I can say with my whole heart that we have come such a long way in that time. We’ve built stronger systems, created more structure across our verticals, while staying lean and taking on as many hats as possible. Being able to see through 2 years of Monkes @ Breakpoint, Solstice, launching our first line of plushies with @EatwithNomu, and pulling off multiple marketing campaigns & partnerships, it was definitely 2 of the most fulfilling years I've had. Forever grateful to the execs beside me in the trenches, and the contributors I've had the privilege to work with: @jemmmyjemm @supersimon77 @moon_settler @Stroll2Stroll @unjustmouse @SOL_HoTsAuCe @maldoio @muggle_ri @cronus_art @bibseebliss @GDamigeana @SMBennyy @devmajesty @GivnerAriel @craig2139 @TheRealGapper and so so many more. Today feels heavy in a way I cannot quite put into words. It is not just heavy for me but for so many of us who gave pieces of ourselves to Step in different roles, in different seasons, in different ways. I have been part of Step since 2021. Somewhere along the way people started calling me the Queen of Step in crypto circles. I always laughed at that, but deep down it meant something. It meant belonging. It meant we built something real. When I left my comfortable corporate job, I stepped into a world I did not fully understand. I was no longer the expert in the room. I was learning, stumbling, pushing myself in ways I had not before. And through all of that, my Step family held me up. They trusted me before I fully trusted myself. They gave me space to grow. I wore more hats than I can count. Builder, operator, community lead, therapist, cheerleader. Whatever was needed, we became. It stopped feeling like a job very quickly. It was a lifestyle. It was late night calls and early morning launches. It was inside jokes, impossible deadlines, wins that felt bigger because we fought for them together. Even the ones who moved on never really left. Once you were Step, you were always Step. So today I am grieving. Not just the end of a role, but the end of something that shaped me. It is hard to say goodbye to a family in the only way I have ever known them. It is hard knowing it did not end because of a lack of effort or heart from the team. Sometimes things simply end, even when the people are good. I will always be proud of what we built. And I will always carry that chapter with me.
