This is my favorite as the taste isn’t bad- some would even say kids approve of it. And this is how much, as a healthy person - 3x per week. I’ve taken that amount 3x a day before when I was sick and I think it knocked the sickness out within 24 hours. As long as this is available, I will continue to take it.
