Worst customer service @TMobile. Was talking to a agent for over 45min who was incapable of understanding and providing a solution. I am pretty sure who disconnected the call and never called back. @TMobileHelp

@UPS So @UPS lost the package and now has made it my problem to try and find it. Great customer service. Should know to use @FedEx when you want something done right.

I get having “packages” but a top 100 in high school shouldn’t come off the field. And yes it’s obviously working for the L.
