Every dollar earned below $184,500 a year has a Social Security tax of 12.4%. Everything after that cap is exempt. If we lift this cap on the wealthiest earners, Social Security would be fully funded till 2070. The cap should not exist.

For shits and giggles, I decided to see just how hard it would be to replace my birth certificate, Social Security card, AND my marriage license, since Democrats think women are too stupid to figure it out. Here's how it went: 1. Birth certificate: Contacted the health department of the county where I was born. They OVERNIGHTED a certified copy to me the next day - total cost, $14. 2. SS Card: Contacted Social Security on their site. They asked if I was sure I needed the card, since I 'won't likely be asked for it.' I went ahead and got it - took five business days to arrive - total cost, $0. 3. Marriage License: Went to the 'vital docs' site of the county where we were hitched. Filled everything out online, arrived in three days - total cost, $5. It cost less than $20 to obtain all three certified/legal documents, and it took less than five business days to receive them. Note: if I had lived where I was born or married, it would have been a day. Tops. Anyone telling you this is too hard or unfair is lying and hiding the real reason they want to stop Voter ID. I know you guys knew that already... lol

Washington State is only taxing millionaires and they will still pay less in taxes than basically every other state. These people will never willingly pay their fair share no matter how many public resources they use to make their fortunes.

Humble personal opinion - AR bans and magazine capacity limits have to be at the top, for very practical reasons. It's invokes the most basic/foundational questions about which types of arms are protected. If the Court refuses to address serious infringements as to the type of weapon, anything else it addresses at this point is of limited value, at best. The clear and close second priority is addressing the overbreadth of place restrictions. Public transportation bans are probably one of the better tactical places to start.

For the people who do this every day... What is the priority? 1. NFA 2. Sensitive places a. Vampire rule b. Public transit c. Parks/other d. Restaurants that serve alcohol 3. AR bans 4. Mag capacity bans 5. 18-21 6. Suppressor bans 7. SBR bans 8. It’s maddening that these laws pass and are not immediately struck down due to precedent from SCOTUS decisions in other states. They stay on the books. I don’t get that. Here’s what happens in practice: When these types of laws get passed, like in Boulder, CO, no inspections or confiscations ever occur. The authorities either never talk about it or the sheriff refuses to do it because it’s too dangerous. A gun owner would probably prevail if he refused to allow entry and insist they return with a warrant signed by a judge. The Dems don’t want to go to court because they know they will ultimately lose. The result is the laws are frozen in no man’s land. They’re hollow and only serve to intimidate and suppress gun sales. The Dems know this and are okay with it. It’s a partial win for them. In CO, the 15-round magazine limit has only been enforced when a gun is used in a crime. Otherwise, no one talks about it. Would they enforce it if a law-abiding citizen publicly bragged he just bought a 20 round magazine? We may never know. Again, it’s intimidation.

Across the country, Democrats are moving to ban some semiautomatic rifles as well as large magazines. The most extreme legislation may be in Minnesota, which could not only ban sales but also require current owners to agree to home inspections. jonathanturley.org/2026/03/11/min…
