What have I learned? GOOD NEWS: - $EVO is growing at ~20% in North America, Latin America and Africa on USD basis - Q3's sudden headcount drop was a fluke. Headcount not growing but stable.

$MEDP reported Q3 after hours, simply murdering expectations: * 1.20x Book-to-bill * Record quarterly new bookings ($789.6MM) * Record quarterly revenue ($659.9MM) * Record quarterly EBITDA ($148.4MM) * Record quarterly operating profit ($141.8MM) * Record quarterly EPS, diluted ($3.86) * Record quarterly FCF ($243.5MM - notably 29% higher than the prior quarterly high). * Raised and narrowed full year guidance (again). If only someone told you to buy it sub-$300 and, more importantly, WHY to buy it, all the way back in June 2025... At least Hidden Gems Canada members, where it is a 3x recommendation should be happy. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

"We don't need their oil and gas, we have more than anybody." Incorrect. The United States is completely energy dependent on Canada. We supply 60% of the US oil imports at a significant discount. That discount allows US products to be more competitive on the world market.
