ocupo una aclaración sobre un cargo no reconocido, el día jueves hice 4 pedidos los cuales fueron cancelados pero me aparece que la devolución se hará de 3-10 días lo entiendo, pero el día viernes me cobró otra vez un pedido que no he realizado y no lo puedo checar.

@Uber_Support why cant get a refund when my order and my food was cold because I couldn’t find a driver and it was cold by the time it eventually got here also some of the food at the bottom of the bag was distroyed and in eatable this is ridiculous to pay for food I cant eat

@Uber_Support My cleaning fee request with live photos taken through the Uber Driver app was denied and the case was closed even though it meets Uber’s policy. Can a supervisor review this? The mess required cleaning beyond normal wear and tear.
